That employee explained everything about the County & State laws where I had to replace my old system with an aerobic septic system. He also drew a map of my yard and gave me my options to get a functional and legal septic system. The next day Truss gave me a firm bid for the entire project including the Nacogdoches County permit. I was concerned about potential damage to my valuable landscaping. Within a month Truss and Son came out with their powerful digging and trenching equipment and finished the project in one day...including downloading the very heavy concrete septic system into the ground. The heavy digging machines were in contact with my conifer trees. They squeezed the new septic system within my landscaping without harming any of my trees or bushes. They took the time to explain my new system and the operation of the new system. All of their employees were very friendly and went out of their way to protect my landscaping.

I requested that the Refrigerant line and drain line run parallel, so I could encapsulate them with solid plastic drain gutter, being that I expressed my concerns about any moisture under our Pier and Beam home. Still, they didn't do that, after replacing the wrong unit they installed. And there wasn't a pea trap installed either. The installation of the air handler was a horrible job, flashing sticking out, away from the new system. Yes, Brad seems very attentive. Each time he has been here, there is always a new fresh face. That says a lot about a company. What thru me, is that he's sending me an email to rate what they screwed up with a review? Don't take my word for it, check it out, when upgrading AC tonnage, what tests are needed before and after installation. Brad also said that, there is Moisture around the insulated Refrigerant line? Not only all inside the insulation of the Refrigerant line, but also the water drain line. For a pier and beam house, that's too much moisture!
