I had two other leveling contractors try to fix the issues through the years, only to have the issues recur and damage drywall and other structures in the home. Mr. Hernandez, owner of SFE, was obviously very knowledgeable of his trade, various methods appropriate for each situation and even other issues that affect foundations. He talked me through each step before starting, and again as he completed the job. Mr. Hernandez and his entire crew were highly professional, always on time and most courteous. They also cleaned the worksite each day before leaving. It was obvious that the finished product of his work was very well done. I have little doubt that this will finally solve my foundation problems. In addition, SFE provides a 3-year warranty. This is a quality company operated by a trustworthy owner, that this area will continue to need. Highly recommended!

We paid him every dime of his bid and even paid him for any additional addendums that was added to the contract. He spent months on the job that he promised would only be a few weeks. During the final end of the project, he took the full amount of money and left without completing the job. He sent a text message that he was done and moving on. And then blocked us. We were left with an incomplete build that required us to hire other contractors to come in to finish. He did such a shotty job with the plumbing, it took another 4 grand for another plumber to come in and "repair" what he had done. Our lawyer advised us that we could file a civil case for him violating the contract. At that point, we were exhausted. He robbed from us...he failed to finish the job and he stole our entire summer. Beware!! He took our kindness for weakness for sure!!!

Nick's Painting - The best house painters we have ever hired…read more We hired Nick and his crew to paint the outside of the house which we knew was going to be a lot of sanding, scraping, and painting using brushes only. All of the rotten wood was replaced perfectly. The preparation for applying the paint was fantastic. It took several days just to make the house prepped and when the paint was applied, it went on like icing on a cake. Our house looks amazing now! As my 95 year-old father said, he learned more about paint and it's qualities from Nick than he has learned his whole previous life. He also knows now that all previously hired painters didn't know what they were doing. Nick did and it was at a completely fair price. Great job Nick!
