Davis talked the talk, but failed to deliver. We had a written and signed contract created by him…read moreprior to any work being done. We paid him every dime of his bid and even paid him for any additional addendums that was added to the contract. He spent months on the job that he promised would only be a few weeks. During the final end of the project, he took the full amount of money and left without completing the job. He sent a text message that he was done and moving on. And then blocked us. We were left with an incomplete build that required us to hire other contractors to come in to finish. He did such a shotty job with the plumbing, it took another 4 grand for another plumber to come in and "repair" what he had done. Our lawyer advised us that we could file a civil case for him violating the contract. At that point, we were exhausted. He robbed from us...he failed to finish the job and he stole our entire summer. Beware!! He took our kindness for weakness for sure!!!
