I hired Solid Foundation Experts to fix pier and beam foundation issues, that I have experienced in my home for over a decade. I had two other leveling contractors try to fix the issues through the years, only to have the issues recur and damage drywall and other structures in the home. Mr. Hernandez, owner of SFE, was obviously very knowledgeable of his trade, various methods appropriate for each situation and even other issues that affect foundations. He talked me through each step before starting, and again as he completed the job. Mr. Hernandez and his entire crew were highly professional, always on time and most courteous. They also cleaned the worksite each day before leaving. It was obvious that the finished product of his work was very well done. I have little doubt that this will finally solve my foundation problems. In addition, SFE provides a 3-year warranty.
