He does what he said he would do, on time, and at a very fair price. Jesse worked on 5 large trees (cutting one down) on my property and he navigated his bucket truck with skill! Yes, he has all of his insurance! He personally did all of the cutting. He made my property prettier and safer. Safer, because he removed elements that would fall on the house. Prettier because he removed many limbs that should have long been removed...especially dead limbs! I was introduced to Jesse by a friend who had previously used Jesse. I found Jesse to be Professional, Courteous and Efficient! THANK YOU JESSE BROWN!!! 936-229-8053

We scheduled the service a week later and while they were here we added one more tree and some trimming of a dead tree hanging over a fence line. They had no issues with the added request and again at a resonable price. They have safety and environmental credentials and the crew was safe and quick. The entire job was done in less than 4 hours. We already have plans to use them to clear an acre and help us improve our private road an driveway! lol

Sept 16th didn't show. Sept. 17th said he was repacking wheel bearings and would be out there shortly. Arrived close to dark and was only able to grab one load. Said he would come back to finish the next day and asked for more money after the initial deposit due to gas prices and driving back and forth an hour he said. Sept 18th came to take another load. Sept 21st I reached our cause he hadn't been back and hadn't heard anything. He said he's been sick. Sept 23rd reached out to check on him. He's still sick and now his daughter too. Oct 9th nothing. calls unanswered texts and FB messages read and not responded to. So I had to pay someone else to do the job I paid him for. He came out and grabbed the fire wood and left all the tree tops, all the stumps and basically had me pay him so he could go sell the pine. DO NOT Recommend. I have screen shots of all the communication and reporting to BBB. It's a shame how people can lie in your face and scam you.

Large pieces have already fallen! I contacted Hector several times and he kept telling me that he would be out to take the branches down! He never did ! In fact lied to me several times about it! My woman found a block and tackle that they left there and I hung it in the garage to return to him when he came back to finish! Well he called me and ask if I found it, I said yes and he came out to get it, telling me at that time that he would out to take care of the broken off pine! Another lie! Then he Posts on his site about his equipment and that I didn't tell him we found it like I'm going to keep something that I have no use for! And this treatment after a $100 tip ! Unreliable, liar!
