I was impressed by the hard work that was done and the clean up was amazing including cleaning all roofing materials from flower beds and yard. The price was very fair and below what I thought it might be. The estimate I was given and the contract was all very professional and the materials and work have a written guarantee. I used them based on their google reviews and I am glad i did.

My garage was long overdue for a new roof! I put it off for almost two years but this spring I was…read morebound and determined to get it done. I reviewed local companies online, and asked bids from three of them. Brian at Encore Roofs won the bid. He took time during the estimate visit to answer my noob questions and the various product options. He also offered to install a ridge vent for a very modest additional fee, and explained the benefits of having one. I had already been trying to decide how to best vent that space because it's muderously hot in there in the summertime. He is very professional, even down to his work clothes, yet friendly and patient. He's the kind of guy you've never met but you'd swear you know him from "somewhere" (in a good way, of course). He was also the most reasonably priced: right about what I thought it should cost for a two car garage with a simple roof. And his warranty was a couple years longer than the other bidders, as well. In less than a week after I had put out for bids, the roof was completed, just in time for a new spate of rain showers. I was amazed at how efficiently and meticulously Brian works. The roof was never left exposed to the elements during the process, and he completely cleaned up afterwards. You can tell he takes immense pride in a job well done, and it shows in the high quality of the finished product. So far, the roof has not leaked, and I doubt it ever will. I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend Encore Roofs for your roofing job.

Brian was able to fix and repair my issue within a hour and one thing I want to add is that Brian noticed that we had holes around our chimney that could be a possible issue so he took it upon himself to seal off the holes and he honestly didn't have to do that but that just goes to show his good character. I highly recommend Brian for any roof repairs.

With 2 homes in need of roof replacement, my wife and I called several roofing contractors because…read morewe wanted the best value for the money we were going to spend. Bill Cooper with Shinglemasters was the last contractor to come by and without even knowing what the other quotes were, came in $1000 under the lowest quote. Unfortunately the weather pushed the start date by several weeks but when the crew arrived the first morning they didn't waste any time getting started and had the first house completed and were well into work on the second house. Day 2 was just as productive as day 1 even with several passing showers in the morning. The work was completed, clean-up done and they were pulling away by mid afternoon. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is considering roof repair/replacement. The crew was highly professional and courteous the entire time they were at our home and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They also made several trips around both houses with rolling magnets to make sure there were no nails on the ground. The ''icing on the cake" so to speak was when we got the invoice, even with the extra costs for some deck repair on both homes, his final bill was less than $50 more than the next lowest bid and that bid didn't have any decking replacement costs. As far as I'm concerned the quality and professionalism the exhibited more than exceeds the price.

They put the wrong roof color on, we wanted dark and they put the same color on as I had. It was not listed on the estimate so it was my word against theirs. To this day it just makes me sick that it wasn't what I wanted. So the moral of this story who ever does the job make sure its in writing the color roof you have selected.

In fact, we had the roof replaced so we could sell our house, but the house looked so beautiful with the new roof we decided to take it off the market and enjoy it for a few more years. They meticulously replaced anything they had to move in order to work, even putting my grandchildren's little Adirondack chairs exactly where they belonged. He is the consummate professional, offering assistance in the decision-making process but never being overbearing. He checked on us throughout the process and after. He was polite and easy to work with. He is building his business, and he takes pride in everything he and his workers do. He made sure his roofers cared as much as he did. We put off replacing the roof for a while because we didn't want to deal with the hassle and the expense. There was no hassle with Whole Armour, and he gave us options for roofing materials and companies so we could work within our budget. I would use them again in a heart beat. I recommend Whole Armour Roofing without any reservations at all. I'm just sorry it took me so long to get around to providing this review. Use them - you'll be glad you did!
