We had estimates from several highly rated roofing contractors and chose Encore Roofing because Brian seemed to know the roofing business better. I'm so glad we did. His work is top of the line. Choose Encore Roofs if you are thinking of roof replacement or repair. You won't regret it. Brian really knows his craft. Before coming to the Tri-Cities, Brian installed roofs in the mid-west where the weather is more severe. He knows things and has experience that many roofers here don't have. His work ethic is impeccable. He takes great pride in his work and treated our roof as his roof. When he found some unexpected issues he communicated them clearly and offered options for remediation. He was careful about our property and kept the work areas clean. Brian did a tremendous job replacing our roof, I can't imagine a better outcome. I think he's the best there is around here. read more

A poorly installed gutter caused damage to my roof over a couple hard winters. Brian was quick to come and provide an estimate. He was more than willing to use the roofing I had left from a recently added addition to lower the cost. He was pretty busy, but said he would fit me in at the first possible time to be sure it was done before the weather turned and caused even more damage. He contacted me within a short time and got the job done. Because it was a small job, he does a time based charge and he was very accurate in his estimate, and actually came in under what I had expected. He didn't expect payment until I had checked and approved the quality of the work. He also went the extra mile to follow up with me afterward to talk about making sure that the gutter is fixed to avoid future damage. I would recommend Encore Roofing to my family and friends without reservation. read more

During a recent heavy rainstorm, I suddenly found water dripping in at the top of a window frame and also forming a large bubble on the ceiling not far from a corner of a skylight. I went to Angie's List; I had never used that site before and did not know what to expect. Brian phoned me back within a couple of hours and was here first thing the next morning to assess the situation. The problem was with the skylight. He took photos of the skylight and other vented areas on the roof and explained the situation to me with clarity and professionalism. He came back soon and repaired the areas that needed attention, did so in under an hour, and demonstrated not only knowledge, but pride in his workmanship. I felt his charge was fair and reasonable. I cannot thank him enough and will refer him to friends and neighbors as often as possible. read more

We had such a great experience with Encore Roofing! They installed a sheet metal roof on our home with lifetime screws, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Their price was the best we found for a metal roof, and the installation was incredibly quick without sacrificing quality. The crew was friendly, professional, and did a great job with the workmanship. Communication throughout the entire process was also great, which made everything so easy and stress-free. They kept our yard surprisingly clean while they worked and did a really thorough cleanup once the job was finished. We are very happy with the quality and look of our new roof and would absolutely recommend Encore Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, family-owned roofing company. We really appreciate the great work they did for our family! read more

I don't even know how I was so lucky to find Brian, but I'm glad I did. I had a few repairs to the roof and knew I needed my gutters cleaned and Brian came right out and did it. He was so communicative and clear about how much the service would cost. He helpfully spotted other issues and things I could do preemptively to keep my gutters clean (installing filters) and explained what he could do and priced it out for me. I never had to wonder what was going on - Brian would text or call and explain what was happening and what to expect. He was so wonderful. My brother was so impressed with Brian that he immediately hired him as well - I would recommend Encore Pro and Brian to anyone who needed any kind of roof or gutter work. I will continue to go to Brian first for any of this kind of work. read more

Don't let the name fool you, Brian at Encore is the roofing professional everyone is looking for. We have had Brian out twice now. The first time, he fixed a minor issue that another company quoted over $200, and Brian did it for NO CHARGE. This time we had him back to clean the gutters, which had been replaced by a different company after last year's snow and ice tore off a section. He told us that the gutters were not installed either with the correct materials or at the correct pitch, and so were not draining towards the downspout!!! Again, we came up with a temporary quick fix, but we will eventually have to redo those gutters. When the time comes, we will definitely hire Encore again. read more

Concerning ENCORE ROOFS, (Owner: Brian Kinnaman), we are completely satisfied with the services we received. We had the old roofing on our house removed and new roofing materials put on. Brian is very knowledgeable and uses quality materials. We were really impressed with his work ethics which includes honesty and doing the right thing. We paid exactly what he bid for the job, which did not include sales tax. He let us know what he was going to do and informed us of any issues. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. We would recommend Encore Roofs to anyone for their roofing needs. We believe you will be completely satisfied just as we were. read more

Encor Roofs just completed installing a new metal roof for our home. We were up in the air about whether to do shingles or metal. The estimate we got from Encore was very reasonable and lower than some of the other estimates we got. So glad we went with Encore Roofs! They were on time, efficient and professional. They cleaned up the yard as they went along and I had nothing to pick up after they were done. We had a ridge vent installed for better ventilation and opted for them to use lifetime screws so we should never have to replace the roof again. The finished result is great! I would definitely recommend Encore Roofs if you have any roofing issues. read more

We just had a new metal roof installed by Encore Roofs. We could not be happier with the entire process! From requesting an estimate to the finished product, it was a less painful procedure because of Brian and his crew. We opted to have a ridge vent installed for adequate ventilation and chose the Lifetime screws so that we never have to worry about our roof again, in our lifetime. They were efficient, professional and I was amazed at the clean up after the project was completed. They were AWESOME. It was very reasonable and affordable. I worked with Brian and Encore Roofing as I was trying to sell my most recent home and to do so I needed to replace the roof. The entire experience with Encore was phenomenal. Brian was great at communicating with me throughout the process, he provided helpful recommendations that he felt would make the home more appealing to buyers - which it did, the entire job was done within the timeline he quoted me and most importantly at the exact same cost he quoted me prior to beginning the job. I recommend Encore to anyone needing roof work. I am thankful for having worked with Brian and his team. read more

Great experience with Encore Roofs! Communication was excellent, everyone was friendly, and the crew did a great job installing our sheet metal roof with lifetime screws. The price was unbeatable--I was actually surprised it came in lower than many of the shingle roof quotes I received. The job was completed quickly, the workmanship looks great, and the cleanup was exceptional. Not a piece of debris left in the yard, which is something I really appreciated. I highly recommend Encore Roofs and will definitely use them again for future projects! read more

With compassion, efficiency, and professionalism he quickly pinpointed the problem and fixed it. Now when the rain comes, I have nothing to fear! Thanks, Brian! read more

Brian was extremely professional in all of his communication. He did an excellent and efficient job of removing an ice dam and snow from my roof. He was very honest in his opinion of what needs to be completed and how to prevent the problem in the future. The overall cost was about $270 which is what he quoted me over the phone for an hour and a half worth of work. I strongly recommend Encore Roofs. read more

Brian cleaned the sycamore debris off my roof and also cleaned out my rain gutters and clogged downspouts. Then he pressure-washed my deck, which was really dirty. Now the deck looks like it did when it was new! I highly recommend Brian. He did an outstanding job and the bill was very reasonable. I will continue to use his company in the future. read more

I had Encore Roofs get rid of the ice dam on our roof, it was bad, they did an awesome job and only took them 1 1/2 hrs to do the length of our roof in the back and the total was a little less than the estimate. . Brian at 509-222-9075 read more
