She thought it was a 2 day job but they didn't want to work Sunday so they worked from 8 am until dark and did an amazing job. I was working inside and saw that a worker was waiting. He arrived approximately 7:30. Alfonzo did not arrive until much later, probably two and a half hours late. He told me he had some truck problem. That was not a problem. The problem was he did not call or text to let me know. He told me there would be plenty of time to build the form before the concrete arrived at 11:00. The concrete was delayed until 1:00. Then the concrete was delayed until the next day. I understand there is a construction supply supply problem, and the delayed concrete was not a problem. My waking up at 6:00 for a 7:00 arrival that did not happen was the problem. I also question if the form had been ready at 8:30 because they started workin on time, if I would have had my concrete on the specified day. Ultimately I am satisfied, but Alfonzo could have communicated with me better regarding the arrival.

It looks amazing, fixed all of our drainage issues, and was so easy to work with. Once he quotes the price, that's the price even if he does a little extra work.
