The positive energy shown to new comers by the staff and even members was great motivation to keep us coming back. The workouts are tough but rewarding. Charlie and Joe are a great duo and for sure keep their classes joyful and energetic. Each glass gives me the same energy which is great that I don't have to book a specific time to get the workout that I need. I've attended many different times with a few people or a bunch and have gotten the best workouts no matter the size. I enjoy the group training type of session because even though there are other people the trainers are great at still giving one on one direction. They push you to keep going and to fight through the pain. Definitely getting your monies worth with this gym. This was the first gym I've been to that pushed me pass my limits and challenged me to want more every single class. We love the family atmosphere it's keeps us coming back. I've done workouts I've never done before! There is always something new. I've been so excited about TRFit that I find myself never wanting to miss a day. I've been encouraging everyone I know to give it a try and I've joined as a member. Give them a try and tell them @majorrkeys_ sent you

Since it is smaller, the stations don't seem to be as divided so visually it isn't the best workout at an F45 gym I have had. I started with the $7 for 7 day trial and my gosh they were SO SALESY...I got the ick. I didn't have the energy in me to keep coming back to after I went 2x (my goal was 4), I didn't come back. After every class they ask you to chat in their office and try to sell you on signing up for a membership. There should be a rule that you at least come to 3 classes before they start grilling you like this. I really do love an F45 workout and I have been going to a different F45 gym. The workouts are the same globally and I feel it's a very good workout. At this gym, and others, I got a good workout in thanks to the coaches who are always there to help you with your form and they push you to go harder. This is a great way to get a personal training session in without the cost of a trainer. This is great for those who are too scared to go to the weights section of the gym...I have built a lot of confidence thanks to F45!

This class does a solid job ensuring that you get an overall body workout, including strength training in a minimal amount of time. Vinny, the manager, is a really nice guy who was genuinely welcoming and helped me to fit in. There are some really nice trainers who work there and for the most time during the classes people will be circulating to give you some tips and tricks on how to do the exercises properly. I like that in addition to membership they offer a 10 pass option or a drop in. Overall a fun class in a welcoming environment. I have learned a lot since I have started going.

Sometimes it's hard to step around it! That says just as much about some of the clientele as it does about the staff. Maybe the YMCA can't afford cleaners? It can be a really filthy place, as other reviewers have mentioned. Even the tennis courts usually have lots of fuzz and debris on them. On the positive side, the coaches/trainers are super nice, and the staff at the desk are polite, even if they are not too proactive or interactive.

The hot tub exterior walls were removed so it's all open to the pool area now (for safety). Inner walls were constructed so the hot tub isn't part of the locker room/ shower area anymore. Bathing suit is required for the hot tubs. No more towels, you have to bring your own. The gym is more stripped down and basic feeling since the Y took over. No more broken water fountains, clogged sinks, gross showers. A lot less tvs on the cardio floor. The best thing about this Y is the open space. It never feels crowded anymore. I recently went to Paoli and their cardio floor is so packed and tight. Indoor track is still amazing as the 90s. 5 laps is a mile, it's the biggest indoor track I've ever seen. No one looks where they are going. That is my biggest annoyance. Teens walking with their faces buried in their phones.
