The trainers are super nice, and informative. They make sure to get to know you on a personal level, but also help you achieve your goals (whatever they may be)!!

So i decided to join her one day as her plus one. First off, know that you have to drive all the way to the back of the plaza to find it. But there's plenty of parking. The studio is run by two nice trainers: Sally and Jordan. They are very open and all about helping you. They tell you their story and listen to yours. It's all about setting goals and appreciating the little accomplishments. First thing when you walk in is that it's one big room. Not little alcoves here and there. Just a huge mat for you to get sweaty on. I did notice there's not one mirror- which is quite interesting. There is complementary child care and very nice locker rooms. They are like to do one on one meetings to check in with you every other week. Their hours are a bit wonky so check the class schedule each week before coming in. But what I like most about this place is that if you can't do a conventional push up, they find another way to get your body to work the same muscles. My advice? Come try it out!

They welcomed the effort but didn't push too hard for exercising. There weren't any obstacle course elements in the class. We were allowed to stay after and ask some ninja warrior potential experts on a few techniques of the obstacles. It was nice to celebrate little victories- kind of like the non-single Matt Nathanson song of the same phrase . This place has obstacle course equipment with more of an adult look but kids are also welcome and encouraged as they probably bring most of the funding to the gym too. Outside had some equipment as well as part of the 30 min circuit training. Some people might not like the younger kids or the dogs that were around. The kids around were in line and well behaved and one of the dogs seemed jealous of not enough attention and started to get in my way of my running path. It was a bit comical for me. Oh a temporary break lol. Some of the staff keep the place well cleaned and maintained. This was probably a 4 star experience for me but the community element here helps me bump it to a 5

Bria Method - Before and After!

If you are like me and don't enjoy traditional gyms, with hoards of people and overwhelming looking equipment, this is for you. This gym offers classes that range from fast paced HIIT that include strength training, TRX and plyometrics mixed in with cardio as well as low impact classes such as Barre and yoga. I am pretty sure they have other classes that I have yet to try! Overall, for me, I find that a workout out in a group setting is better. I have taken a few different classes so far and all were great! The times are very convenient and typically they have a class almost every, hour at least in the early morning (which is most convenient for me). Some are ran concurrently in the two rooms that the gym has. The space is large, bright and clean. They have bathroom (obviously!) and even a shower, which I do not use so cannot speak to it. Your do have to remember to sign up for the classes, can't just show up. The sign up is easy through the MINDBODY app that I've used previously for other studios in the area. It's synced with my personal calendar so no excuses for missing a class. At the moment, the classes don't have too many people in them but I imagine that changing in the near future. I guess then it will be on the first come first serve basis through the app. I will definitely update my review after trying more of the classes they offer but so far I would recommend.

They give great coaching and direction and will provide options to accommodate injuries or limitations. Their classes are a unique blend of strength, cardio and hiit but the foundation is weight training. Each day has a focus and flows into the next so you train evenly and don't risk overtraining any particular body part. They have a separate LIT area where they offer yoga, body pump, dance sweat and Pilates classes. Members get all of this for a price that is less than just about every group fitness studio in the area. They smartly located a bit off the beaten path but super convenient to get to from all the surrounding neighborhoods in central bucks county so your membership fee isn't going to pay for rent in an expensive shopping center. This place is a "diamond in the rough". Finally, you will see your neighbors and friends here and if you don't know anyone you will quickly be welcomed into the Bria community. No pretentiousness... just normal people trying to optimize their fitness. Give it a try you won't be sorry.

I have lost 30lbs on my weight loss journey and Purenergy has been a huge part of that! For less than the cost of that massive gym in King of Prussia and way more variety than the "Citrus Concept" down the street, you can enjoy similar class offerings, free babysitting 8:30a-12pm Monday to Friday, and twice the ambiance! I find myself in Yoga a few days a week - the studio is beautiful and the mild heat is welcome in these bitterly cold winter months! I recommend Kristy's Wall class for a great deep stretch and Sarah's Power Flow for the ultimate mind/body stress relief! As part of my New Years Resolution, I am trying more of the fitness classes here, and thus far have taken Lisa's Tabata and Michelle's Burn class - both high-intensity interval training guaranteed to ramp up your energy! You'll also find pilates, barre, aerial, spinning, and martial arts classes here - ensuring you'll never get stuck in a rut! I'd personally love to see more Pilates or core based classes in the evening, but realize that has everything to do with instructor availability and member interest! :) Beyond the class offerings at Purenergy you'll find a welcoming atmosphere, clean locker rooms, and fresh towels for the sweat you're guaranteed to break! Since early 2020 I left the confines of the gym and went to the local high school track in the mornings and have never looked back. I have just about an hour each morning and Mike's programming fits perfectly into that slot with most days running about 46:00 max from start to finish. If you're looking for a challenge, TITLE is the place to go! I waited to write a review after a few…read moremonths of being a member so that I could comment on the full experience. I have been a member since July! One of the best perks about boxing at TITLE is that you get to try your first class for free. As someone who really does like to try before I buy, I was able to see if I wanted to make a time and monetary commitment to boxing by going to the gym, getting a tour of the facilities, and working with one of their trainers. I definitely recommend going to Tracy's 9:30am on Sunday for anyone who was like me and had never boxed before. Yes, it's early, but you will walk away feeling amazing about yourself! So, as someone who has tried many different workouts (HITT, BBG, Insanity), I was on the search for a new full-body workout that didn't have me slogging away on a treadmill or lifting weights on repeat. I was initially worried that I would be bad at boxing or that everyone would see that I wasn't able to keep up, but this gym has an amazing atmosphere and everyone is supportive no matter what level you're starting at. I started out as a complete beginner with no idea how to even throw a punch. I HIGHLY recommend giving it a try if you're even thinking about joining. When your first class is free and you're not pressured into a commitment, what do you really have to lose? It's really changed how I feel about myself, and I can't recommend this place enough!
