Hello, We have been tenants with mainstreet for 4 years now. The first building we were in…read morethe screening process was deplorable,we were harassed by the less than substandard tenants who were all drug addicts and suffering from some kind of mental disorder. I had my handicapped walker stolen and thrown in the dumpster just because some idiot who came knocking at my door at 3:00 am asking for money so he could buy his fix. We couldn't wait to get out but we were tied to a lease. We eventually moved to another property and had to deal with a tenant who was constantly stomping and banging from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! Now we are dealing with irresponsibile tenants who have a dog that is left alone every single day who barks constantly,because he is left alone from morning to evening and let out on the patio to do his business and then brought in and left in all evening alone. Not only is the smell of all this dog doo, outrageous but we feel absolutely heart broken that these tenants want a dog but don't want to take responsibility for the care and well being of this poor dog.
