I did not realize that would be considered a viable excuse not to address any of my concerns. I closed on Dec 15th and only moved in on Jan 15th as I was away for the holiday season. Byron has since contacted me and apologized for the issues that I faced. I did have several issues and the previous owners did not wish to make good on any of them, which is unfortunate for the selling agent. I had to purchase new equipment and repair the appliances at my own expense. Also a word of advice to anyone purchasing a home, make sure that you mark the Sonos in the inclusions as there is no recourse if you do not.
