I first met Bryon at the pool during a routine swim workout, where we were both in training for our respective events: myself, Ironman Canada and Bryon, the World Championships Long Course Triathlon in Penticton. Bonding over our love of the sport, we also exchanged professional contacts, as Bryon learned that I was in the market searching for my first home. At the time, I was already previously working with a real estate agent, but felt very hesitant with him and his team. Bryon and his team recently sold our condo that was being rented during part of the sales process. We were concerned that the tenant may not be very cooperative, however, Bryon told us he lots of experiencing working with and selling Tenanted Rental properties in Calgary and Surrounding area.
