I had Grace sell my first house in 2007. She handled the sale with ease and I was extremely…read moresatisfied, so this year it was a "no-brainer" for me to employ her for my next sale. I hired Grace for the sale of my home so that I could relocate to Edmonton. The house sold very fast and for the price that I had asked for. She knew the area and the market. Unfortunately the buyers had some unforeseen issues and the sale took longer than expected to go through. Because of Grace's persistence, knowledge and network connections the sale went through to my extreme satisfaction. Grace went above and beyond to achieve success for me. Home sales aren't always difficult but you want Grace Yan in your corner either way. Grace is also a paralegal so that in itself is another great advantage. I recommend Grace to all of the people that I know and feel good that I have pointed them to a Realtor that is amazing. I know she will take care of you.

I tried to work with Crystal as a buyer last year, in early spring of 2024. Upon our first meeting,…read moreshe was late, which wasn't a good start, despite me driving to her area to meet her. After meeting with her, I was looking forward to viewing homes. However, I was only ever sent automated listings. When I found a home I was interested in, Crystal told me she wouldn't bother taking me to visit the home as it will "probably go over asking and there's no reason to go see it if I can't bid over" despite the fact I was in a very strong position as a buyer. So, I could not even go see the house with her acting as my agent. After this, I continued to browse listings, but decided to switch agents as I hadn't signed an agreement and was pretty unimpressed. It's been a year now since my meeting with her, and she did not reach out one time, send me any listings or contact me. I ended up being represented by a different agent who helped me buy a house in 1 weekend, taking me to viewings of any house I was interested in, sending me listings etc, that went for more than the house she refused to take me to in the first place, so her loss on commission, regardless.

Thank-you Chantelle! You are the best :)
