Oct 26 followed up via E mail to get order status and they did not respond. Oct 26 called & left voice mail to call. No return call. Oct 27 called again and left message. No return call. Oct 29 customer service Treena called as well e mail advising both items are on backorder and would advise Monday Nov 1 when goods would deliver as well offer substitutes if not arriving soon. Nov 1 came and went and no communication from PMG Supply. Nov 4 they finally responded via e mail advising they would be shipping the order this AM. Nov 9 goods not arrived yet so e mailed them requesting arrival date as online order showed order status as processing and not yet shipped. No response. Nov 11 e mailed again and again no response. Nov 15 they finally e mailed advising they are checking order status and would advise. Never heard anything further. Nov 21 I emailed again asking why no response and would like an update by Monday Nov 22nd. Again no response. Nov 24 E mailed Treena advising want refund as cannot deal with the way they do business any further, as one month gone by and have paid for goods not shipped and still no communication when we would get our order.Asked for refund to be processed by Friday Nov 26, 2021. NO RESPONSE AS USUAL. Nov 25 Treena e mailed advising she would call me but never heard any further. No refund and no call. Nov 27 put a claim into visa. If there was negative stars, I will provide a minus 10. This company wasted hours and hours of my time and it seems like they did not want to provide the goods or a refund. I place over 400 orders a year online, and this company has been the worst supplier I have dealt with in all the years of online purchasing. I would never buy anything from these characters again!! I cannot tell you how impressed I am - she is responsive, attentive and very knowledgeable. He is correct, the only good review here at Yelp is from Yolanda, who works at Unison. As you will find out, Unison (Michael Lazarowich and others) aim to screw you with your deposit. I won't go into details, but they will definitely do it. I rented for 16 years in Calgary, and never had any issues with any property management company, but Unison. Avoid this company at all cost! Additionally, Michael Lazarowich attempted to have me cover the property's repair costs, but thankfully, the building manager defended me and informed me that manipulating situations to make the renters pay for repairs is a common tactic used by Michael Lazarowich. In summary, never use Unison, if you are forced to do it, never let Michael Lazarowich be your property manager.
