When I arrived we talked about what I wanted done. He was not only a very good listener but very pleasant to talk with. He made me feel comfortable with ease and assured me he'd fix what I referred to as "this mess." While he highlighted my hair we stuck up a lively banter with others in the salon. It was a very cozy charming place and I felt welcomed. After giving me the best shampoo I ever got he got to cutting. We agreed on the length first and as soon as he started blowing it dry I knew the highlights were perfect and the cut was awesome!! I knew I'd found the right place and the right hairstylist. I walked in feeling like my hair was a mop of dried out straw and I walked out feeling like a million bucks! When I got home instead of my husband's usual it looks nice babe -- he said "WOW!!"

Finally, someone's 10 year old daughter asked me who I was looking for, I told her, and she went back to tell the ladies I needed a haircut. They had no idea who I was or that I had even made an appointment. They both volunteered someone else to do the haircut because the other woman wasn't back from a break yet. When she came in, she took 15 minutes to wash my hair, barely give it a noticeable trim, and charged me 40$ for the whole thing. The man who made my appointment said it would be $30 for a trim and wash. I don't usually write bad reviews, but I wish I had been warned before committing to this salon.

Pick times when they are less likely to be busy--noon on a Saturday would not be a good choice.
