They show up and immediately ask to use our vacuum because theirs is broken. Fine, but it's a cordless stick vacuum so not enough charge for even 1/3 of the house. Everything goes well but 2 hours in and they haven't finished vacuuming the upstairs or the stairs. They finish up everything else within time and point to my vacuum and where they plugged the charger in indicating the vacuuming isn't dime. Everything else was fine which I told them that. Then the person texting me sends me an invoice on Venmo asking for the full amount. I say it wasn't all dine because they didn't vacuum half the house. They proceed to accuse me of lying and after insisting offers me a $30 discount. Fine. I'm putting my kids to bed so when I get back to read the texts I got, they're being snotty with me about "don't tell my employees something is fine when it's not." So I say no we are dine. Can el my cleanings. And I'm only paying 2/3 because that's how much work was done. THEN the person starts threatening me. See texts. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Sucks because I need a move out clean today and I coordinated this with them 4 days ago.
