Service with a smile - I was even asked if I wanted cold water I my long black. The coffee is Di Bella and was better than expected - a nice surprise. The Travel Centre was clean and had tables at all heights with benches and chairs. Not a bad spot to stop if travelling the Warrego Highway and need reasonably priced fuel and coffee.

They were very slow to take and get through orders to the point people were walking out without having been served. The shop was disgusting with dirty plates and cups on every single table, I actually cleared a table for an elderly lady so she would have somewhere to sit with her coffee. Forget any specialty coffee, the girl's head almost exploded when we tried to order a simple iced latte, she even asked us what is was. The coffee was burned. Don't waste your money. We won't be back. Puckles invest in some training for your staff! Barista courses are so cheap that there's no excuse for staff not being able to make a decent cup of coffee in a coffee shop!
