Went home after transaction 1 and found out another guest would be coming who wanted tequila, so went back less than an hour later to accommodate him. Was immediately refused service because "company policy" states they can't sell to the same customer twice in one day... that's arbitrary. What if there was a shift change? How would they even regulate that? I can spend as much money as I want on the first trip but spending 100 bucks in 2 trips within an hour of one another isn't okay? Who even is capable of drinking two fifths and a bottle of mediocre champagne in that time frame? Staff is always great, but that's a bullshit policy.

Inside, the day I went, it was pretty quiet so plenty of time to browse around. And I really appreciate the deals they have when you purchase multiple bottles. It's a pretty good selection of some high end wines with some more affordable wines. Whatever you are looking for regarding wines, you should be able to find something here you like. And for everything else, whether it is Scotch, Whiskey, Bourbon, Tequila, etc... you are going to find it here. I have lived up in this area for quite some time and didn't even know this was located here. The person who manages the store is very nice and gave some good wine recommendations. It was well merchandised and even had some nice gifts sets going into the holiday season. One thing that got my attention was the fact that there were so many things on their shelves that the Austin locations did not have. They also have a very good Texas wine selection along with locally made beers. They have about 20 feet of cold import and craft beer not including seltzer's. However when you check out, don't forget to plunk down that specs member key for your discount before they ring you up.

It's delightful how they've grown. Flannigans is clearly a labor of love (for alcohol, architecture, food and Texas history) and the joy of experimentation. Food is great, wine is great, spirits are exceptional. The Texas American Gothic (TAG) is a completely unique experience that needs to spread. TX liquor distributors need to jump on this yesterday. I remember them when I was younger…read more It's a pretty small store and ideal if you know what you want and take advantage of the drive thru. While I was there, several cars were using the drive thru and they seem to be very quick about taking care of the cars. I went inside and it's a pretty small store. They have a good selection of just about any liquor you are looking for and even a few wines. The prices aren't too bad and pretty comparable to just about any other place you might regularly buy your liquor from. They people who work there were very friendly. I think this is a great store if you are in a hurry and know exactly what you want and use the drive thru.
