It's a clean 7-Eleven, inside and out. The inside has your typical selections of snacks and drinks and maybe a little larger than a typical 7-Eleven. I did try a hotdog once and the buns are cold and fall apart. Also had a slice of pizza and I would never do that again. Just stick to the pre-packed food/snacks if you have to get something. My biggest complaint though is the gas pumps and no receipts. This is a ploy many stations use to force you to come into the store and thereby, more than likely get you to buy something. There is NO reason for the gas pumps to be out of paper and/or not dispense receipts right at the pump. But again, if you want a receipt, they force you to go inside, wasting time and of course, in hopes you will purchase something else. There is another gas station within 2 minutes of this 7-Eleven right on 281. They have the same prices but you will get a receipt at the pump. If you aren't someone who needs a receipt, this is certainly a convenient place to stop off. But, if you have to keep receipts, as many do these days, for now, I would avoid. Hopefully in the future they will keep the paper stocked and stop forcing customers into the store.

There are lots of gas pumps and the parking lot is extremely large, easy in and out. My wife says the bathroom are clean and for continuing to stop at a convenience store that is a must. An employee came up to the front and was rude: Asking if I worked there and that I wasn't allowed behind the counter, that I had to wait for an employee. How long does a customer have to wait and then be chewed out by an employee not doing their job? I have been in this CVS before and would have been waiting forever for an employee to assist. If the store does not want customers to self-checkout, then an employee should be at the front at all times to assist customers. Will not be going to this CVS in the future.

While drinking the soda, there was something hard in it and I was getting little hard pieces of something in my mouth and it was not ice. I poured it out and in the bottom was calcium water deposits that had broken off from the fountain drink and into my cup. The bathroom smelled so bad I could smell the urine before I even open the door. The urinals were coated with dried yellow urine crystals along with urine yellow stains all over the floors and deposits all around the urinals and on the floor. The store was dirty it looks like it has not been cleaned in a while. I was telling the story to my daughter's boyfriend and he said that anytime he's in Johnson City he doesn't stop there because he knows how gross that store is. He even said the bathroom smelled like urine didn't they? Do not stop here if you have to go to the bathroom find another place. If you would like a soda, make sure you buy it from the cooler and the cap is intact. Disinfect the bottle before you drink out of it.

I often go here for little things that I forgot at HEB and it's nice that they oftentimes have what I'm looking for, so it's just run in and run out quickly which is nice.
