Nice & Clean!! Big, clean store with lots of options! Very easy shopping experience, too. Not a ton of people.

On my way to Blue Bonnet Cafe, I saw HEB and thought what is HEB? Inquiring minds want to know LOL, so I checked it out. WOW... it's a gigantic grocery store! As I was walking through it, I wondered if it was similar to Super Wal-Mart that sells clothes and other nonfood items, too. It's not exactly... it's more of a full blown grocery store. I went straight to the candy aisle because I wanted to buy a gift of chocolates for my team member and his family who live in Texas. I pondered on which brand of chocolates to buy. My favorite is Lindt milk chocolate (the one with red wrapper) so I got a bag of it. Also got one Ghirardelli chocolates variety bag. Then I saw Calbury chocolate full bars (3 flavors) and had to get them. Lastly, Hershey's Chocolate full bars (3 flavors) made the cut, too LOL. I went crazy with the chocolates and that's okay. I had alot of fun shopping for the chocolates! The store was very clean and organized. I didn't get a chance to venture to the other aisles or sections. They also have True Texas BBQ next to the grocery store... bummer, I didn't get a chance to check it out either. Maybe one day, HEB will come over to CA... it would be nice... competition for Wal-Mart and Target LOL. They have a pharmacy and gas station, too. What a well rounded store! Lucky for the Texans. For the non-Texans traveling near Marble Falls, TX, go check out HEB and try some True Texas BBQ! Make it a day out shopping and enjoying good eats at HEB! P.S. For the curious ones like myself, HEB stands for "Howard E. Butt, which sounds like a playground taunt but was the actual name of the supermarket chain's founder. Nowadays, the initials also stand for "Here Everything's Better," the store's slogan."

This review is all about (Driscoll brand) STRAWBERRIES (produce, not plants). The rest of Marble…read moreFalls, TX, Walmart, and most of their produce, is fine. Grocery store strawberries are routinely big and pulpy (that's a BAD thing!), but the last container we bought at this Walmart (Driscoll brand) was terrible: bright red on the outside but with hard white pulp inside. They sliced like potatoes (and were the color of potatoes inside), and the flavor was almost non-existent. When will produce sellers and suppliers (and inexperienced shoppers who fall for ads that say "big and plump") realize that "big and plump" DOES NOT indicate quality strawberries; the best ones are smaller, red or dark pink all the way through, and have a strong, sweet strawberry taste and (when cut) smell.

The goods: employees are usually very pleasant and I love the elderly greeters. Fair prices, clean…read morerestrooms and the BEST mangos anywhere within 40 miles. My ONE STAR RATING goes to Electronics associate JOSEPH- was on a personal phone call with his daughter on one AirPod as he was assisting me in purchasing a new Straight Talk Phone and phone card for the first time. Not only did he have an attitude with me for interrupting his phone call and I couldn't tell if he was talking to me or talking to her because he was talking to both of us at the same time - he also sold me the wrong phone card that isn't compatible with the phone I selected. I called a manager when arriving home to tell her my complaint but didn't know the card was the wrong card yet. Then I had to purchase ANOTHER $35 phone card at home online to use the phone. Now I have to drive 30 minutes back to the Walmart to return the incorrect phone card JOSEPH sold me while he was extremely rude on his personal phone call. Flat out terrible! Who does this?!
