I went to smartbelly after a workout and split a smoothie. Very tasty and refreshing after a workout. I liked the new decor overall, I think they could benefit from displaying and showcasing their ingredients. Only downside is cost. I know juices and smoothies a can be pricey, and smartbelly is about what you would expect. All in all I see smartbelly as more of a way to treat myself. Worth a visit on a hot day or after a workout.

We went to check out the place for a small snack because my friend's daughter's love their sandwiches. Sip has counter walk up service and then they bring you your food. We tried the blueberry Boba lemonade and split the Ewok sandwich. The Ewok is one of the more tasty sandwiches I've had in a long time. It was amazing and massive. It was very sweet of them to serve the sandwich on two plates and give us an extra side of the pasta salad. The bread was hot and crispy, and the chicken filling was moist, and it was just great. Of course it being named the Ewok might have made me a little partial since I'm a Star Wars fan. The pasta salad was super garlicky, it needed a little bit of salt, but definitely edible. The inside of this place is so adorable with all of the eclectic furniture that it is the perfect spot to go and hang out with a beverage, coffee or a sandwich. No complaints.

I did blindly order an avocado salad and was disappointed it was literally just half an avocado on a handful of lettuce. I was expecting diced avocado and tomato or something like that. There was no description on the online menu that's on me for assuming. The rice bowl was pretty good! A little rice heavy and topping light but fresh and flavorful. The Ramen was a big mound of thin flat rice noodle and not a lot of topping. The broth was good but a little salty. Fine but if we ate there again we would just do rice bowls.
