So we haven't been to their new spot and we know the food is good so let's grab a table outside and eat!! I grabbed the St Pete wrap. So many good flavors. The shaved beef is awesome. Debs bloody came with waffle chicken sliders and their tot bombs. Bombs are delicious. Bloody was awesome but the stuff on top was too much. Jason our server was great. Got the wrap at his recommendation. Awesome call. Still really good food here and the new spot with outdoor seating is nice.

    Excellent dry rub chicken wings!

Such a great (re)addition to DTSP! So glad they are back! Everything was awesome! Hard to believe they have only been open for less than a week. You can tell these guys know what they're doing. Service by Matt was really solid with continual check ins on us and explaining all the menu items. You get the feeling he really enjoys what he does. Food was amazing and atmosphere was really good as well. Being locals, we are always excited about new concepts and the new space they have is so expanded from their old space and just a fun place to hang out, people watch and watch the games. Will definitely be putting in the usual rotation!

First time to Thirsty first on a Sunday NFL game day. They are a great place to watch football with all the screens, that was definitely the best part. We got the prohibition tots and a few wraps to eat. The tots were good but the other food was sort of a let down. The chicken wasn't great, kind of tasted like it was cheap and frozen, the fries were cold on all of our entrees. Maybe we got the wrong kind of food here and should have sticked to the bar classics. Will definitely be back to watch a game but might just get a few apps.

. Plenty of TVs and the staff does a good job of keeping the games on each time a game ends.

Nice place to watch a game. Lots of fans and good energy while I was here. Plenty of TVs and the staff does a good job of keeping the games on each time a game ends. Nice prices, I had four pork sliders for $10 with generous portions.

Amazing spot in downtown STP! Alec was great, got our Bloody Mary towers and all the fixings. Plenty of TVs for football and right in the middle of everything.

    Chicken wings

I heard this bar had the best chicken wings in all of Pinellas County. I was skeptical as every bar says they have the best wings. I am originally from NY so you know we know our wings. Let me tell you they made a believer out of me. I truly felt like I was sitting in a NY bar upstate. Absolutely the best wings in all of florida. You wont be disappointed. These are destination wings.

Lots of TVs for any sport you'd like to watch. Has a college bar feel, little sticky and don't want to view with the lights on.

Truly Unforgettable Culinary Journey at Red Thread…read more Our dinner at Red Thread was nothing short of spectacular -- a five-star experience from the moment we stepped through the door until the final sip of our after-dinner drink. We visited to celebrate a milestone birthday, and the team not only met but exceeded every expectation, weaving subtle, thoughtful surprises into the evening that made us feel truly special. The atmosphere is opulent yet completely approachable -- warm, intimate, and alive with cultural richness. You can feel the intention behind every detail: the plush banquettes adorned with intricately embroidered throw pillows, the soft glow of lantern-style lighting, and the perfectly placed gold-tipped cocktail picks that make even the smallest moment feel curated. It's elegant without pretense, like being welcomed into a beautifully kept secret along the Silk Road. Service was led by Katie and Elijah, who were nothing short of exceptional. Their warmth, precision, and deep knowledge of both the menu and the restaurant's rich aesthetic elevated the entire evening. They guided us with confidence, shared stories behind the dishes, and ensured every need was met before we even voiced it. Now, the food -- where do we begin? Red Thread delivers flavors that are bold, layered, and deeply authentic. We started with the spread and small bites platter, and it was immediately clear we were in for something extraordinary. The tabbouleh was bright and herb-forward, with finely chopped parsley, tomato, and bulgur kissed by lemon -- a perfect balance of freshness and zing. The falafel were golden-crisp on the outside, tender within, and served with a bright mint yogurt. So delish! For our mains: the salmon, seasoned with fragrant za'atar and resting atop creamy spanakorizo (spinach and rice), was cooked to buttery perfection. The addition of crumbled feta and a cooling lemon yogurt sauce brought a bright, tangy contrast that elevated every bite. The pork chop, served with tri-color potatoes and glazed in a rich port beurre rouge with rosemary and a whisper of parmesan, was magnificent -- juicy, deeply savory, and beautifully seared. And the beef short rib? Unbelievably tender, with a warm curry base, sweet-spicy melon kimchi, and saffron rice that perfumed the air. The cardamom chèvre melted into the mix, adding a creamy, floral depth that was nothing short of inspired. Every dish told a story -- of distant lands, ancient trade routes, and a chef who clearly treats spice like sacred heirloom. To know these flavors are crafted with spices imported directly from the regions that inspired them explains the unmatched authenticity in every bite. Red Thread stands alone in St. Petersburg -- not just in flavor, but in feeling. We'll be back -- no question -- to explore their brunch and dive deeper into this beautiful narrative they've created on a plate. To everyone reading: This is the kind of restaurant that deserves to be discovered, celebrated, and filled to capacity every single night. Go. Taste. Feel. Red Thread isn't just dinner -- it's a journey. And it's not to be missed.

She poked her head inside, she nodded back and the decision was made to visit COPA without a word. It was bustling on the inside with market goers passing through, but it was controlled chaos on the other side of the counter. The workers knew exactly what they were doing and even in busy time of the market they were quick to buss tables, get ordered items to customers fast and the bathroom was pristinely clean. The bumping A/C provided instant relief as we claimed the stools by the bar. My friends and I quickly agreed, this place is an absolute gem. So gorgeously decorated and the drinks, the mocktails, the pastry items, the food were beautiful and delicious. It really appeared they did everything well here. Service was impeccable and the side salad I ordered was so crisp and refreshing. Honestly 5 stars all around. The food, service, atmosphere and drinks were sensational and exceeded all expectations.
