You can tell she's been doing this for quite some time now. She helped me find the right size bracelet, and showed me the Mother's Day collection and told me which one she liked. I loved it too!! I arrived at Things Remembered the Friday before Christmas, and noticed right away the level of…read morechaotic gift-giving that was ensuing. The line nearly reached the front door for pick up and placing orders, but the cashiers were efficient and the line moved right along. The regional manager Ann (?) personally helped me place a written order as the computer pads were intimidating and, according to her, malfunctioning randomly at times. I was able to design and personalize two luggage tags, and place the order for two day pick up as they were clearly swamped with orders. Today, the Sunday before Christmas, my order had been misplaced. The transaction had posted but due to the Christmas frenzy that is the Mall, one order out of an apparent thousand went missing. The store manager, Ruby, assisted me in placing the new order and ensured it would be ready that evening for me. Her father was in the store, helping ease customers who were waiting, and even purchased me an iced latte as I waited. He also helped out the Things Remembered crew with lunch and cleaning up the store a bit, and I think that was an amazing display of team work and holiday cheer. Ruby upgraded my personalization due to the mishap and I'm on my way back to pick it up. Thank you Ruby!

I talked to the owner, and we reviewed the look I wanted (white and blue flowers, with a little bit of yellow, in a basket). The arrangement she created could not have been prettier, and she was a pleasure to speak to. It was important to me that the flowers I was sending were special and lovely, and they were, by far, nicer than the ones created by other Salem florists. I don't usually write reviews but the work was so good I want to spread the word!

I really liked the bark covered container, lotus seed pods and spray roses in the picture and in the description on the website. There was one seed pod (two pictured) and container was a very simple wicker type and no roses. Definitely felt overcharged since arrangement did not include all the items listed and such a simple container. Pictures attached show website description and what was received.

They are located in a small-ish strip mall, and parking (private lot) was right outside. They have a variety of interesting sodas, candy, in-house chocolates, and fudge. My son got some Freeze dried skittles (is this an East coast thing?) and we bought some chocolates, pre-packaged fudge, and old-timey candy. Prices were very fair and the fudge (Valley fudge and candy) that I bought was delightful (peppermint!). I am not from the area, but I would revisit the next time I'm in town.
