Flea markets to me are hit or miss when I'm shopping for 80s nostalgia. Outside there wasn't too much that peaked my interest, so I made my way indoors. I was disappointed that some of the shops were closed, but found a few gems. One place had a good selection of video games, another tons of wrestling figures(If that's is your thing), but then I found two spots with retro 80s memorabilia,.toys and games, jackpot!!! This is a family owned shop and they couldn't have been any nicer! I talked with the son for awhile as we discussed our favorite toy line! I will make a special trip here again just for this place!

A few hidden gems here.. outdoor and indoor vendors selling all kinds of things. From antiques, memorabilia, food and etc. Come and check it out!

If you are looking for a weekend shopping experience that reminds you of the Cantina in Star Wars, with all the various odd critters, this would be the place to go. Literally every culture on Earth is represented here, with a mix of clothing, CDs, DVDs, food, glassware and dishes, swords, machetes, old books, computers, Atari cartridges, bass woofers for your car, boots, sneakers, leather goods, and VHS porn. And that's just the first stall. I do not know how long this flea market has operated, other than that is was there when I started high school, and that was over 20 years ago. Vendors come and go, and some have even been busted for selling bootlegged items. Some of the vendors are selling brand new stuff still in the box, and others have what looks like junk from their grandmother's attic. (It probably is.) There is even a small cafeteria, but I've never been brave enough to eat there. I know they were doing auto auctions/sales in a fenced-in area out front at one point, but I don't know if that is still happening. All in all, though, if you're not a fan of the homogeny and lack of options at your local Simon mall, this is a great alternative. Just be sure to take a shower afterwards-you don't know where some of that stuff (or those people) have been.

I'm a vendor here going on 6years now inside " T&d's Needful Thing's.. I'm very happy to have a small business here at the flea market. Every vendor that I have met here has been extremely helpful and nice.. There's so much to choose from, everything that you could imagine is here. Hours are great too.

This place is a fire trap. Very narrow aisles made by plywood. Very tight, very uncomfortable.

Omg this place is amazing! There is so much stuff to be looked at!…read more First off, this place is great to support a local business and not those Salvation Army and Good Will Stores. More packed here than any of those other places. I was (and still am) a bit confused... I guess the whole building is known as "Tilton & Cook Market Place" but each floor is a different owner.. or rather it's a business that rents out space to vintage/thrift stores. On the first floor I was told there were 5 different owners, but it's really hard to figure out whose stuff is whose and if you're entering another "store". Just remember where you got stuff. There is also a place to eat and relax on the first floor which is pretty cute, but I didn't look at the menu cause I wasn't hungry. People there were pretty nice. You really have to go digging around here (or in some areas). I was only able to get to the second floor... I think I was there for about 2hrs... there is just so much stuff! (I didn't even finish the second floor). From my understanding, each floor is its own "shop" (except for the first floor). But no one seems to have their own name... just "Tilton & Cook Market Place" or "Tilton & Cook Corp". Make sure to bring lots of cash... no one in the building can take credit/debit. And at last, the days and hours for these shops are all the same. I could be wrong on a few things here, but this is all what I gathered and understood. Im definitely gonna have to return. Such a great find!

If you've ever wanted to build your own radio, this is the place for you. There were also very cheap old PC components, perfect for restoration projects. There were fewer Apple components (as I would expect) but they were still very reasonably priced and in good condition for the most part. My only qualm was with the venders. For the most part they were kind and helpful, mostly nerdy in a charming way. There were, however, at least three instances where venders made very sexist, condescending remarks, such as "you should find a boyfriend who can teach you engineering," or "this isn't the place for a nice girl like you, with all these electronics!" Usually I could forgive this, and in all cases I informed them that I was in fact an engineer despite being a woman (a radical concept, I know), but in all cases, when I asked the prices of different components they gave me ones that were significantly higher than usual. I decided to do an experiment; I had my friend (a guy) go to one of the same venders and ask the price of the same component and the vender's price for him was lower (only by like two dollars, but still).
