Kind of a small warehouse setting. Felt a bit rinky Dink, but the kids had a good time and that matters most. We went expecting a nerf birthday party, but apparently they notified the hosts after deposit was paid that the kids were too small/young to do nerf there. Unfortunately for our friends hosting the party, Think Tank wouldn't refund their money and were forced to rethink the activities. The kids did have a good time on the tumble track and pirate obstacle course but most were a bit bummed they couldn't have done a nerf war like expected. read more

Had my daughter's birthday party here today. Her and her friends all had a great time. Lots of activity for the kids ranging from ages 3-7. I emailed them, they quickly contacted me back with available times. They were loads of fun! the kids were going and playing with obstacle courses, rings to swing from, trampoline time and just enough time left over at the end for cake. They even cleaned everything up afterwards! The kids were raving about how it was the best birthday party ever! I couldn't be happier with my experience here and most of all my daughter had the time of her life! The best part is, they will be good and worn out for bed great job to the fantastic staff and owner who kept everything running smoothly. I was surprised that nobody had heard of the place, but we were all really happy with the experience! Was such a stress free party. Thank you so much! read more

My son had such a disappointing time at the Nerf battle today that he actually insisted that he be able to post this review. Here it is in his words: "The idea of a Nerf battle zone was great but how it was managed is not so good. In my experience I found some difficulties, for instance: The teenagers on the staff were very bossy and a lot of times just plain rude. Also, during the Nerf battles the owner's sons and staff members cheat in the game a lot and are just not very nice. The owner himself is focused on safety and he modifies Nerf guns, which is kind of cool. But he is also a cheater in the battles, which makes the overall game less fun. I have attended parties at Think Tank Kids three times now I have had some fun but also some bad times. Overall, it's a great idea, but it needs to be run better. There were so many problems with this staff this last time, I don't think I will want to go anymore." Hope it helps. He makes a good point. The staff at this "business" are probably friends or perhaps children of the owner. Believe me when I say, they are not helping him. The owner seems to have the best of intentions, but the way he allows these snotty, bossy teenagers to be the "face" of his company is nothing but a hassle for both the kids and parents who are his customers. Horrible business practices! I emailed to make a reservation for my son's birthday, but, because I wasn't familiar with the business I went down to look a the facility before paying my deposit. I was ignored for over ten minutes when I first came in and then, after another parent helped me locate the owner, I was told to wait another ten minutes before he could help me. After a forty five minute wait I walked out. Then the owner had the audacity to call me and tell me that I had to pay for my reservation, if I wanted to keep my spot. I asked if he could meet me another day, but he was unwilling to keep my reservation unless I paid right then. He was rude and so disrespectful I'll be surprised if they stay in business long. read more

We love Think Tank!! We've had both our sons in their toddler gymnastics classes. It helps children develop motor skills, follow simple directions and new make friends! The owners are very flexible and have a wonderful, enthusiastic energy with the kids! We have also had a birthday here...getting ready to have a second party with them!! read more

We have been going to Think Tank Kids for 5 yrs now for tumbling/gymnastics classes and have never had a bad experience. We have never had any problems with the staff, booking Birthday parties or nerf nights. Not sure what the negative posts are about I guess it is all in how you perceive the situation. If you want to go and see the place that is wonderful and you should do so. If you go on a night when they are teaching classes don't expect to talk to someone ASAP, unless they are expecting you. They are teaching kids who's parents paid for that time. I will always recommend Think Tank Kids to my friends and family. read more

Both of my grandchildren take classes at Think Tank Kids. It is the most remarkable place. The owners are extremely kind and respectful to all the children and parents. The children who participate reflect the respect and core belief in them they are shown by the teachers/coaches/owners, and has made an amazing transformation for my grandson...a transformation that constantly amazes all of us. Rules are clearly explained to all participants, and to parents who take time to ask. Yes, you may not get instant attention from the owners if you just show up, because they are actually very busy! But, all your queries will be clearly stated when you do ask. My grandson also joins the Nerf Nights as often as possible, having even brought a friend, who also loved it! Our granddaughter has also been to, and enjoyed immensely, a themed birthday party (little girls), and we are planning to have one there as well! The amount of creativity and energy that these owners put into the classes and parties is stunning. But, you have to see it and engage with open hearts, in able to see how it "works" and why such transformations (such as for my grandson) occur. Even the little one, our granddaughter, has transformed from socially timid, to a happy social butterfly...looking forward daily for "when will I go there again?", even though she just went the day before. Both children go twice a week, and are always excited to go. We love the visiting with the parents that are watching, and all the children. Wonderful. Lovely. Exciting. Creative. Busy!! We cannot recommend Think Tank Kids enough, and are endlessly grateful that they are here in our valley, and willing (and able!) to put so much effort into the entire enterprise. We have been to Think Tank Kids three times now. The first two times my son was four and they were for birthday parties. The third and final time was 11/5/16 for another birthday party. My son is now six. Upon arrival the owner makes sure his legal bases are covered with the signing of the waivers. Then he gathers the kids and parents (two years ago adults were allowed to play with their children, that was not the case a few days ago) and proceeds to tell /yell the rules to everyone. The militaristic and authoritarian way he explains the rules is anxiety provoking not just for the kids, but for the adults as well. Remember, the first time we were there my son was four! Then the games begin with the birthday kids vs. the owner/leader and his teenagers he has helping at the facility. There is NO deviation from the rules and only HE calls the shots. The Nerf guns jam and the bullets are mediocre (rips, tears, weakened from continuous play) which can be frustrating for younger kids and newer players. But the owner has a well functioning Nerf gun as do the teenagers. The games are always the same. A great leader can read his audience and tailor his actions accordingly. NOT SO at Think Tank Kids. Ironic that at Think Tank Kids there is no thinking outside of the box. Two days ago when my son approached the leader and stood up for himself regarding what he thought was a bad call, the leader yelled at him twice that he was OUT! What's wrong with having the kids play each other? Who cares if they get shot a thousand times? Let them run, hide, dodge and just have fun. Think Tank Kids is not a training ground for military snipers. There are seven other reviews on Yelp, three of them are visible and the others are hidden but easy to pull up. It seems that others who have written reviews regarding the gymnastics side of their business really like it. However, when it comes to the owner, his reviews are poor at best. There were other posts on Facebook regarding the rude behavior, snide comments, and poor customer service of the owner/leader. Of course, those have been taken down. read more

We will never go back! After taking 40 minutes, of a 2 hour session, to get checked in and listen to the owner give instructions, the kids attempted to play. On the Think Tanks own website, it states that you can bring your own nerf guns OR nerf swords. My son brought his own sword and was quickly told that he could not use it. Since he was expecting to use his sword, he did not bring his own gun, They do provide some guns for use, but the guns my son attempted to use kept jamming. When they did fire, they only went a few feet. The darts they provide were ripped and in poor condition. After attempting to play for only 20 min., I asked the owner for a refund. He stated that he did not issue refunds. I asked him if he cared about good customer service and his response was "he has over 200 kids that don't have a problem with it". He did nothing to try to appease me. I told him that we would not be back and he said " I am Ok with that" with a snide little smirk on his face. Don't waste your time of money on this pathetic excuse for kids entertainment. read more
