The sitting on horses, feeding chickens and trampoline were big hits with the little kids. The location of the ranch is just south of town, but still very accessible to Ashland and Medford (and the winery next door!). The cabin itself is very spacious. We appreciated the ambience provided by the fireplace and vintage kitchen sink and stove. Very cute. We love to travel with our dogs, and it can be difficult to find a place that will accept pets. The cabin was pet friendly, the property is fenced and Maryanna's dog, a Great Pyrenees mix was very social and said hello to us every morning. The only reason we are giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the bedroom and bathroom are a bit dark. The dim lighting made it a bit difficult to see into our suitcases in the bedroom and to put on makeup in the bathroom. A few brighter lights would have knocked this review up beyond 5 stars!
