I came in with a headache and stuck discs in my upper spine- he found those, along with every other musculoskeletal problem I've ever had. Even the ones I didn't tell him about! He adjusted just about every bone in my body and I feel a thousand times better - and a few inches taller now that my spine isn't so compressed! He took the time and care to loosen up the tight muscles in my back with massage and biofreeze before adjusting, which is something that's always important to me. Nobody likes getting adjusted with cold, tight muscles (it hurts!). After treatment, there was no pressure to sign up for a long-term treatment plan, and their sessions are 'fee per visit' style so don't worry about getting locked into monthly recurring payments. If you are having any kind of chiropractic issues, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They adjusted my neck, back, hips, knees, ankles, wrists, and fingers! I feel like a 10/10.

From the staff at the front desk (shoutout to Sydney and Kim), to my absolute favorite warmup/rehab exercise dude (JOSH!!!), Atlanta Spine and Wellness is like the Cheers of chiropractic. Not only are they friendly, but they address all of my concerns with a clinical (and somehow personal) approach. Dr. Chris has helped my spine SO much. When I have questions, he breaks it down to explain as detailed or high level as I want. He has given me exercises to improve my posture, and countless product recommendations to improve my quality of life outside the office. They periodically host small holiday parties and giveaways (things like massages!!) with raffle tickets every time you come in for a visit. She was able to work on him, even with him being in acute pain, and after she adjusted him and worked on his inflamed neck muscles his recovery began and he was well soon after! Next, my husband went to see Dr. Crystal after a cross-fit injury and about 2 months of pain, seeing a different chiropractor on and off without much improvement. As for the fitness side of the business, I have taken barre and yoga classes here and enjoyed both and would highly recommend them. The instructors are knowledgeable and teach at other studios in Atlanta. I can tell they have had extensive training and I get a lot from each class. My friends and I did one of their happy hour sessions as well and had a ton of fun. We all practice yoga and go to barre classes regularly, and we all enjoyed it. You take two of their fitness classes and then go down the street for cocktails / dinner. It's a great way to connect! I believe they have it on the calendar on their website. As for general wellness, I recently got a massage with their incredible massage therapist, Diana Coker. One session with her and I am a client for life. I have been recommending her to everyone I know because I feel like in a single session I got more from a massage with her than any of the massages I have had at Exhale, etc, where I paid much, much, much more. She has a brilliant understanding of anatomy, and she truly tailors your massage to what you / your muscles need. I told her about my sinus issues, and after she worked on my face I felt better than I have in a long, long time. The pressure was gone - and I could sigh with relief. I was so relaxed and joyous when I left, I made sessions for the remainder of the month and plan on making my appointments with here a regular thing.
