Basically, I was not operating at my full potential. Frank was beyond patient with me as he educated me on what the practice does, which is far more than just cracking my neck and back. They really improved my central nervous system through the adjustments and provided much clarity on how my body functions. It has made me more mindful of my movements, posture, and overall health in my everyday life. I am happy to say that I no longer experience the pain I previously felt. My workouts are much improved. I feel better in ways that I didn't even know I could feel. I would highly recommend this place for your chiropractic needs!

With the help of Dr. Frank and my naturopath doctors supplement recommendation, I can proudly say I have had a 'normal' cycle for the past 3 months! I now fully believe in the power of chiropractic work and it's certainly worth going to a specialist like Dr. Frank specifically focusing on the upper cervical area. It's easy to schedule out with him and even when I needed to come at an unexpected time and even after his normal hours for my first visit, he didn't hesitate to make it work! He truly loves what he does. Don't wait to go in and see him, he's a cool guy who makes the appointments enjoyable! Thanks Dr. Frank for all you've done for me, I'm a forever client now!

I came in with a headache and stuck discs in my upper spine- he found those, along with every other musculoskeletal problem I've ever had. Even the ones I didn't tell him about! He adjusted just about every bone in my body and I feel a thousand times better - and a few inches taller now that my spine isn't so compressed! He took the time and care to loosen up the tight muscles in my back with massage and biofreeze before adjusting, which is something that's always important to me. Nobody likes getting adjusted with cold, tight muscles (it hurts!). After treatment, there was no pressure to sign up for a long-term treatment plan, and their sessions are 'fee per visit' style so don't worry about getting locked into monthly recurring payments. If you are having any kind of chiropractic issues, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They adjusted my neck, back, hips, knees, ankles, wrists, and fingers! I feel like a 10/10.

Dr. Rita is FANTASTIC! She's quick but thorough. The office offers stim therapy, piezo wave…read moretherapy, massage therapy, roller tables, decompression therapy, etc. First, the adjustment....Dr. Rita uses a drop table which I have found to be a much better and pleasant experience than chiropractors who do not use a drop table. It's less jarring and you don't feel violated by the Dr lol. The neck adjustment can also be done with the drop table which was a first for me. However, I find the manual manipulation of the neck provides better relief. Dr. Rita is very kind and personable. It's always a fun chat during the adjustments. Piezo Wave Therapy....Debbie administered this for my frozen shoulder and it was the weirdest sensation. It hurt for a super short period of time so she knew where to focus the machine. After one session my shoulder was feeling great. Debbie also works at the front desk for checkin/checkout and is super helpful. The Stim Therapy is usually done after the adjustment (you can do this or choose the roller table). This is basically just placing electrode pads on certain areas and providing stimulation to the area. AKA a TENS machine or EMS. I bought a TENS machine for use at home and find this really helps. Because I now own a TENS machine, the last few visits I have been opting for the roller bed. It appears the table can be set to either Cervical, Thoracic, or Lumbar focus and it's timed....I think 10 minutes? It provides an awesome stretch and massage all at the same time. The practice is great as a whole. The ladies that work the front are very friendly and helpful. You can usually get a next day and sometimes same day appointment if needed. I really like that you can either call or text the practice line and they are very quick in responding. I have never seen Dr. Perkins or Dr. Jones but have heard good things about them too in the office. The office is LGBTQ+ friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Rita.
