I have been going to Hallmark (everywhere I have lived) for many years because it's the only place where I can find specific cards for any occasion. I am a card person and I have almost always found a card for any occasion for people in my life. For example, my mom found a sweet card that said "Happy 1st birthday to my grandson". I have found cards for "my niece and her family", "my brother and his fiancée", "special wishes for a happy birthday and a merry Christmas" (for a relative born during the holidays), "nephew's 1st Valentine's Day", "baby's 1st Christmas", etc. There are a ton of options for rare occasions (baby dedications/baptisms/christenings, relocation, retirement, etc.); celebrating special moments (engagements, adoptions, weddings, baby showers, new home); recognizing and/or celebrating people with a unique role in your life (babysitter, dog walker/sitter, your doctor,) etc. There are entire sections dedicated to: "just because" cards; "someone special"; or "a special friend" (with a variety of messages about your love for them, or that you're thinking of them, or you miss them, or about them being dear to you despite being far away); birthday cards for specific ages (not limited to milestones); funny cards for kids and adults; cards from "all of us"; get well soon cards; sorry for your loss cards, support when grieving the loss of a pet; etc. During any (and I mean, any) holiday, they feature a special selection - right now they've got St. Patrick's Day, Valentine's Day, Philadelphia Eagles win memorabilia, etc They also carry keepsakes, trinkets, plush toys, blankets, some clothing, bags, and a large selection of gifts for special occasions (graduation...) and specific people in your life (mom/dad/daughter/son/spouse/partner...) I know there are some cards available at general stores, grocery stores, and the dollar store. But when you are a card person like me, and you want to convey a specific message to someone you care about, nothing beats the Hallmark store. Plus they have that pretty gold crown to seal your card with. PS. I know their cards can be pricey. So you should know that Hallmark will regularly email you coupons if you sign up for free on their website, app or at a Hallmark store. You can pull up the coupons on your phone at the checkout counter.

The store also offers Asher's chocolates and Giambri's chocolate covered (some are REALLY fancy!) pretzels, that are amazingly good! You can also get crafted soaps, little trinkets, unique purses and jewelry here. I especially like the 'year your were born' booklet type of cards. I believe they are around $7. I've had a TON of Edible Arrangements delivered to customers (and once for my brother's birthday…read morelast month), but had never experienced it for myself! So I decided to have one delivered from the Clementon, NJ location :) I ordered the Chocolate Dipped Indulgence Platter with 1/2 chocolate dipped strawberries, pineapple, apple (the rest undipped), and grapes -thankfully, not chocolate dipped layed out nicely on a large tray + a FREE 6 piece white chocolate and semisweet chocolate dipped banana "nuggets". ALL of the fruit was fresh and delicious! The semisweet chocolate they used was amazing and a nice compliment to the natural sweetness of the fruit itself. Yummy! Now I see why my customers and family were so pleased!

On the morning of 11.06 I ordered a birthday arrangement that I had hoped could be delivered on the…read moresame day. I didn't expect that would be possible, but that was on me. To my surprise the Edible Arrangements app said that it could be delivered so I placed the order. Only a few hours later I received a call from Eddie the delivery person. Unfortunately, the recipient was not home. Eddie told me he knocked a few times and had been there a few minutes but no answer. He offered to leave it on the porch and said that the weather was pretty cold that day, but he also offered for me to pick it up at the store. Unfortunately the recipient lives in New Jersey while I am a few states away in Maryland so I could not pick it up. Eddie was very concerned that the recipient and I would be happy with the product. I asked him if he could leave it with a neighbor and he said he could. However, he was concerned that doing so, and asking them to put it in their refrigerator would mean they had to detach the balloons and that would ruin the experience for the recipient. In the end we decided to just leave it on the porch and I hung up the phone with Eddie. But Eddie went above and beyond. He called me back a few minutes later and wanted to be sure the item received was the best possible condition. He said he had placed it in a shaded area near the front door, but he also went to a neighbor and asked them to check on it if in a couple hours if the recipient had not returned home yet. As it turns out, they did return home about 2 hour later and they called me. They said it was beautiful and in perfect condition. Thank you Eddie for a great experience.
