There was a woman ahead of me that was waiting that hadn't been helped yet while another customer was taken care of. I'm a small business and every dollar I spend matters to me. I prefer to give it to people that will at least make eye contact or say hello when we walk in I certainly wouldn't want to do business with somebody where I walked around for 10 minutes without so much as a acknowledgment that I was there.
