Samantha the sales associate was so rude she put me on hold for more then 15 minutes, then I had to hang up and call back. The one business line was left on hold and so every time you called the line was busy! An hour and a half later I tried to call again and finally got through and spoke to Angel who does the engraving. Today 1/30/2020 I came in person making the long drive to only be received initially by once again a rude and obnoxious Samantha who confirmed she put me on hold the day prior. I explained I came the distance to deal solely with Angel. After 30 minutes due to many interruptions from other customers who were being ignored by the other three adults in the floor. During the pricing Angel quoted my engraving price of $16 (3 words plus $6 every additional word and $9 for each emoji symbols!!! The quoted amount was $50 which was Ludacris for an item that only cost me $25 online! When Shawna the manager rang my order up she charged me only $31 which still was too much after I had to remind her I didn't purchase any item that I brought my own. There was no document indicating engraving policy so from one customer to the other , each being quoted differently. Example a woman purchasing a $10 bracelet was being quoted on top of the bracelet $10 for the first 3 words and $3 for every additional words which was cheaper then what I was quoted! Lastly I waited more then 2 hours walking the mall waiting for my item to be finish and get back yet it was not even started! Angel once again was busy dealing with customers when he should have been engraving my stuff. After a total of 3 hours my item was return to me damaged and the engraving was not readable! It was too small and the emojis actually engraved deeper then the actual message! I expressed my dissatisfaction and the manager did not even offer to reimburse me the engraving charge and the cost of my damage item! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME at this location! Bad management, rude sales staff and 100% lazy people!
