Unlike all other climb gyms in the world, that's not how this process works at Climb. There's no walk in certs. You have to make an appointment, sometimes a week in advance for a Tuesday or Thursday time slot. The test itself is supposedly 45 minutes. There was a competition here hosting some of the best youth climbers in the country. They lead climbed in the gym for 2 days. After the comp was over, and once the gym opened up to the public, the kids were not allowed to get back on the walls to climb the routes that were set for them. Why? Because they weren't certified to lead in the gym. That's weird because they were just in your gym climbing those exact routes with the blessing of your management who organized the event, but OK, let's get them certified. Sorry, you have to make an appointment for next week. Next week? There are tons of people working here. None of them can certify these kids who traveled from out of state? No. It actually defies logic.

This is a great way for us to connect a few times a week and catch up on life together. It's crazy how much you miss your kids when you don't get to see them everyday! Even though my life has fallen apart in the last month and dreams have been shattered concerning my almost 20 year marriage (18 1/2), I know that I can come here to get away from everything and focus on me and my oldest son. I really love the openness of this locations floor plan. It is much nicer in my opinion than the Old Fort location. The staff are an amazing help, and the people I've run into so far are very nice and out going. I'm truly looking forward to my personal transformation process. I know it will be hard work, but I'm determined to get my life and health back!

They constantly cancel and reschedule. They never reach out to actually reschedule either. I was supposed to get a meal plan as well and after weeks of asking never received. It was always "someone else job" Very disappointed. Cost a minimum of 500 dollars to cancel. $299 cancellation fee plus the $200 draft during the 30 day cancellation process. It's basically a scam.

The instructors are motivating, but they encourage you to go at your own best pace. They are also very positive, they emphasize gratitude, and really coach you throughout the whole thing. The sauna environment really completes the experience and kicks up your workout to a whole new level. The sweating feels so cleansing, and I'm not drained and tired afterward, but energized! My skin has really improved as well. I also love the variety, with an array of choices, you can't get bored or plateau. You can find the ones you like and stick with them, or you can mix it up. They utilize foam rollers at the end of the workouts, so you can roll out those tight areas while your tissues are warmed up. To top it off, it's open 24 hours, and you can book your workout time slot on the app. A side benefit that I have noticed, is that I am more focused and I feel calmer and more in control of myself. One example: they call, get your voicemail, leave a message, immediately call again, get voicemail again, and then send a text message. In my experience, the frequency and persistence of the contact bordered on harassment. Billing and cancellation were especially frustrating. They require bank drafting to avoid certain fees, yet charges continued while I was trying to cancel. The cancellation process took more than 30 days and required multiple attempts on my part. I received no confirmation or responses, and the cancellation only became effective when they finally processed it--not when I originally requested it. To make matters worse, the cancellation could not be handled locally. Pay very close attention to anything you purchase. What appears to be a one-time purchase may actually involve recurring charges. For example, I purchased three training sessions and was automatically charged 30 days later for additional sessions. I then had to go through another 30 day cancellation process to stop future recurring charges. Also, be prepared for an "annual service fee" that will show up within the first 60-90 days. I encountered rigid refund and credit policies, aggressive collection practices, and, despite all of this, continued calls attempting to sell additional services or renew memberships. You may meet a great salesperson or trainer when you first walk in the door, only to find that person gone a few months later. In my experience, staff turnover was constant, and training appeared limited. The entire approach felt less like customer service and more like a high-pressure sales operation--always pushing another product, process, subscription, or fee. The low advertised price may be appealing, but based on my experience, the billing practices, difficult cancellation process, recurring charges, high-pressure sales tactics, and relentless calls made this one of the worst customer-service models I have ever experienced. My advice: read every agreement carefully, ask specifically what will automatically renew, understand every recurring charge and annual fee, and know exactly how cancellation works before providing your bank-account information.
