After your contract is up, it doesn't automatically void your membership like it should and they continue billing your bank each month without notifying you or anything. They won't let you cancel it over the phone either so you have to drive there and do it in person. I live in Nashville and hardly ever have time to drive all the way to murfreesboro to workout for an hour when it takes me about an hour there and back. Would absolutely recommend to someone who lives close and will go consistently every week to get their money's worth but definitely not otherwise, huge waste of $$$$.
