They even called a plumber to use his line camera! Now I must have them investigate further and do some digging but I feel comfortable that they will find my problem!

I had to file a complaint with the BBB and it's been 30 days and they still have not responded to anyone. Here is my complaint. This is the info filed to the BBB on 1/2/18. We called Norris Septic on Friday 11/24/17 for their septic services. They told us it would be $395. ($245 fee, plus 125 extra for coming over the weekend and 25 for opening the tank). We agreed to this. They didn't come out on Sat, 11/25 due to the person in charge was having to get a new phone, is what we were told. They came on Sunday, 11/26/17. At the time of the service, they told us that there is a pump in the second tank (dosing tank) that would have to be replaced. They would send someone out later in the week to pump out the second tank and put in a new pump. A different crew came out and pumped the 2nd tank and put the pump in on 11/27. They called me at work to get my credit card # for the charges, which we were told would be $1000-1200. The pump cost $1100. But the guy I talked to at that time of the installation of the pump said it was $1425, which included another $325 for pumping the 2nd tank. My wife at the time had asked about the second charge of $325 for the 2nd tank, but got no answer. After giving my credit card info, the guy putting in the pump said he forgot to bring his receipt book and would mail or e-mail me a receipt. I said ok. So my wife sent them a text, as the guy doing the service always wanted a text, asking about the receipt. No answer. We briefly forgot about it due to me having a surgery. I then called the guy we had been talking to on 12/18/17 and asked him about it. I had to refresh his memory about the deal and he apologized for not sending a receipt, and if I texted him my address and e-mail address, he would get that taken care of. In my text, I gave him every detail as I have on here, nothing more, nothing less. I asked again why we were charged the $325 for the 2nd tank and why wasn't that mentioned the first trip out? That to us is deceptive practices. After I put the info in a very long text, I waited. Two days later on 12/20/17, I sent a text saying I never received their bill. And yes, I always check my Spam folder. No reply. A few hours later, I sent another text asking for an update as to why I have no explanation and no detailed receipt. I again included my name, address and e-mail address. The person receiving these texts must have the same type of phone I have because it gives me receipts saying that they were Read and at what time. Due to no type of response during the past month, as I said, we feel they used deceptive practices for not telling us up front that it would be two separate charges for the pumping to be done. Our desired outcome would be first, the detailed receipt, and the second is a refund of the extra $325 since there was no mention at that time for that charge.
