I called thing Saturday morning and Kyle answered the phone right away. Told him what the problem was and he said he would be right out. He said the issue may be due to a blockage on where the line comes into the septic tank. He arrived with in the tanker truck, pulled out his shovel and knew exactly where to dig in order to get the lid off. Sure enough the inlet was blocked by toilet paper. He knocked it off and put the lid back on and put the dirt back just like it was before. Kyle did an awesome job and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very honest and very trustworthy. Kyle could have gone the easy route and pump out the tank without digging but he didn't. He took the time to get to the actual cause of the issue and fix it right. this should be the first company you call for any septic or leach line problems he bends over backwards to help you out he made a special trip out to unclog my drain and is very very nice didn't care at all that it was 9 at night if I could I would give him 10 stars read more
