Absolute horrible company. Had house painted and windows installed. Windows are already leaking and paint is pealing. Called service and got this horribly rude man who insisted all warranties have to go through the people they purchase from, not them. So when selling you the contract, they tell you everything comes with warranties. What they don't tell you is you have to chase after them; they don't support any of the work they do. They also told me that their people would be painting my house. Not so. A contract company shows up with a totally different logo on their truck. I am truly sorry I had to give them one star, but they don't have the option of giving them a negative stars (yes, plural, stars). read more

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Their installer -- when he actually showed up - wreaked of alcohol. It took 5 days (actual days they showed up - never worked more than 2.5 - 3.5 hours on the days they did actually show up) to do 11 windows -- there were 4 additional days scheduled - that he never showed up at all. One day that he did show up and said he will reschedule -- but told the office I wanted to reschedule. Job was sloppy -- even the person that came out to review the job said the "caulk was wonky". Job started in early December and it is now March and still not complete. Called Ed Keyse - sales man and general manager only knows to blame you and insult you the entire time you are just trying to get it resolved. They boasted how they make their own windows and they are energy efficient. But when applying for the tax credit for energy efficient windows -- they are required to provide you with qualified manufacturer ID Code --- looked up the company on the IRS website -- and apparently they are not registered as a qualified manufacture. I spent nearly $10K to do 11 windows... very shotty -- do not stand behind their products and are totally unprofessional and blame the consumer. My mistake for not checking websites like this and the BBB first. This is a horrible company -- will never make that mistake again. Very unprofessional. Terrible communication, quoted a price and said there is a mistake in the quote, and "need more money". They sub out their work. Just go to Home Depot, and you will get a much better experience without the headaches and a lower cost. read more

Horrible to work with. I had this company replace my windows and paint the exterior of my home in 2021. After several delays, the wrong windows were ordered. Looking past that, the paint refinishing started in October 2021 is still yet to be complete. The job was completely paid in full. I have now had limited contact with the company and owner, Ed Keys, as they are not honoring the contract to finish the paint refinishing that was abruptly stopped again in October 2022 (it took 1 year to get them out again). It is now the end of July 2023, I was told in May that I was on the schedule for 2-4 weeks and have heard nothing. I'm embarrassed on how my home has looked with peeling paint since 2021, and the failing paint job that thermal construction has provided. I've delayed posting this, but 2 years is long enough. Please see how my home looks as of 7/26/23 in google reviews and consider if youd like to do business with this company. read more

Windows and doors installed. Wish I had read the Yelp reviews first. This guy is something else. Told me my check had bounced when I gave him the deposit and dragged me to the bank to proof it had cleared. Ordered us an exterior door without a lock, then they installed the lock, but I had to have a different key for each door. Told me he would call the manufacturer to find out how WE could fix it. Heard him talking to the installer telling him to hurry and finish up , so he could get to another job that day. The installer was great, but I will never use the company again because of the owner who misrepresented himself to us as the NE Regional Sales Manager - which sounds impressive unless you just gave yourself the title. read more

I had them out to get a quote for some work on my siding and insulation. The GM was sent out and is not professional and not knowledgeable about roof ventilation. I asked them to leave within the first 10 minutes after the third insult to me I had enough. read more

We had Siding done, they were supposed to start work in spring. Customers service kept calling us saying they were going to start and weeks went by and no workers. Here to find out they work w third party company. Very irresponsible. Sloppy. Messy and left work half done. They will show up half drunk. Salesman was very unprofessional when came to collect the balance. I won't recommend this company or the third party. read more

My parents had some work done in their home, costing them well over $8000. When the contractors showed up to do the work the salesman, who evidentially was working outside of his realm of understanding, had not fully relayed all of the details of the verbal conversation to the contract. The work that was originally agreed on was not in the final contract though my parents had paid for it and sourced the materials. After many conversations there was no resolve and they ended up having an incomplete kitchen but still had to pay the full price. No longer do companies function with integrity nor do they care how they they treat their customers, especially those who have little to no knowledge of home renovations. NEVER will we do business with or refer this company to anyone. read more
