She notice my strength and bending degree had decrease and she place me on a regiment that I must say has helped tremendously ( I am sore but its working). I am really working hard to get my mobility back. My therapist is so easy to talk and she doesn't make you feel like you could not be having these issues. She takes her time to instruct and give instruction as she shows you how the exercise is done properly. She's not standoffish, she genuinely. Now, My problem: I was using the leg press and noticed how NASTY the window are. They are grimy and can tell they haven't been cleaned in over a year if not two. I like focusing outside when doing exercises it helps me to stay grounded and to focus on something other than my stiffness and sometimes pain. As a prior patient of other pain clinics in Birmingham, I can say that unlike the other pill mills,…read moreThe Doleys Clinic staff has been wonderful, helpful, and sincere about finding out why I am in pain and helping me managing it. They offer both homeopathic medicines as well the standard medications. Dr. Jimmeh (who sadly left during COVID) was the most knowledgeable and helpful, she was one of the best pain/neurologist doctors I've seen ever. The staff is always helpful, and easy to work with, Especially when BC/BS messes with medication coverage. Sadly after Dr. Jimmeh left I was put with another doctor, him and I didn't see eye to eye and my confidence in the Doleys clinic lagged. I may have left but I would still very much recommend them as one of the few good pain clinics in the Birmingham area. Just remember, although you are a patient, you are also a customer, so don't be afraid to be assertive and ask questions of your doctors. You will get the best care when you do.

I have been working with Danielle, one of the four Physical Therapist here. She is personable and knowledgeable of exercises that work for each injury. Exercises are also individualized. The PT assistants Melanie and Allison are also wonderful and assist with each exercise. The building is well-kept, the therapy spaces are clean, and they have privacy curtains and rooms. They also offer dry needling for pain if that works for you. I have made tremendous progress since my first visit. There is plenty of parking and easily accessible. If you are familiar with Target in The Grove, it is located in a smaller building in front of it. Although this is a chain, it doesn't feel like your typical chain office.

All of the other staff are very pleasant to be with as well. They have been very accommodating as it relates to my constantly changing work and travel schedule.
