If I could give them less than 0 stars I would. My insurance company selected this company to provide my cpap supplies. The last 3 deliveries I received under that coverage in 2023 contained the incorrect equipment. I contacted Debra in October to let them know about the problem and requested they switch it out. She asked me to bring the 3 masks and incorrect filters to her and I did. Then I was told she would get it taken care of. Fast forward to May 2024 and SHE STILL HAS NOT remedied the problem. Debra NEVER called to follow up with me. Each phone call or text correspondence was from me inquiring about the status. She kept saying there was a problem at the warehouse or the product design had been changed, but she always ended by saying she would take care of it. Monday, May 16 2024, after exhausting all measures of trying to extend the lifespan of the equipment I already had in use, (i.e. cleaning and re-using hoses, filters, and masks I already had) I went back to the office and spoke with Debra. It was at this time she told me she was still working on it, but she couldn't do anything until she spoke with her manager. In SEVEN WHOLE MONTHS she'd NEVER brought up her manager or the fact that she had to speak with her. I told her if I hadn't heard from her by EOD Tuesday, I would call back up there. Well of course she didn't call, why would she? This time when I called, the manager Onje (I think that is how she pronounced it. When I asked her to spell it, she refused.) answered and let me tell you she is a doozy! If "I refuse to take accountability for my employees, their laziness, and the mistakes they make" was a person, her face would most assuredly be the poster child! We went round and round about the situation and her response was, well give me your new insurance information and I can take care of it. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Why would I give the new information so they could falsely bill them when the issue happened under my previous coverage????? After refusing to handle the issue correctly, she ended up hanging up in my face. Imagine that! They were completely wrong and she was the one with the attitude. She ended up calling back and asking me to calm down. Sweetheart calm went out the window a long time ago. I'm on my way to pick up the items I dropped LAST YEAR and yall don't have to worry about me another moment! This place is a complete scam and the workers have no accountability for their mistakes. Please don't allow your family members be taken advantage by them. Also, they are no longer located on Stella Link. That location closed over a year ago. The new location is 8572 Katy Fwy #109, Houston, TX 77024. Additionally, Onje told me there was not a corporate office, but she gave me a number to file a complaint. Surprise! The number is the exact same phone number listed for this location and all complaints go her. What a class act! read more

Initially we didn't have a great experience we had to pay out-of-pocket because this company would not file to the insurance for multitude of reasons as far as maybe they're not gonna get paid and then the patient wouldn't pay however we went ahead and paid full price by credit card I was able to file the claim myself I spoke to ova. Store owner and office manager, she was willing to work with me and was able to look at the explanation of benefits from my fathers insurance so she is been super great and helping me on that. she went ahead and refunded on my part and kept the part that goes to the facility and like I said ove really surprised me on one calling me back and secondly she was able give a refund!!! I truly truly am greatly appreciative of her and this company fort Fathers medical needs!!! Thank you again!!! read more

I was travelling to Asia with my mom who is quite old and needed a rolling walker for the trip. My mom is quite fashionable so she wanted something that was foldable and somewhat fashionable. I googled this place on my phone and drove down here. On the outside the place looked like an office but after walking in I was surprised to see that they had quite a lot of items in stock and looks very well setup. The person that helped me was very helpful., they showed me lots of options but we ended up settling for a light beige one. The price was reasonable. I also ended up buying a grab bar to help with getting out of the bathroom. I liked my experience here and will go back. Don't get ripped off. Bought a portable commode today. Went and put in in my car , while I sat there checking the competition. Found at SEVERAL other suppliers at 30-50% cheaper. Immediately walked back in with product and was told by young lady who claimed to be owner -no returns. "Once I walked out the door there are no refunds". "It's policy". It's still wrapped in there own plastic too! I understand sanitary issues, but REALLY?! All this in 10 minutes. #Got screwed. #Buyers remorse. #Sucker out of me! That will teach me. :( read more
