Spring Branch Medical Supply - Medical Supplies Near Me - Houston, Texas

Had a small ankle injury and RJ recommended the incrediwear ankle sleeve and homeopathic Topricin Pain Relief Cream. These products are great. I was limping before, but I was able to walk my dogs for over a mile today no problem. They have great, knowledgeable staff, quality products and really fair prices. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have been a customer of Spring Branch Medical since 2008. They have been so helpful, professional and a great resource for me when my Dad had Parkinson's and with my wife's Alzheimer's. read more

This is about outstanding customer service, and specifically the efforts of RJ at Spring Branch Medical Supply (SBMS). We purchased a Nitro combo walker/wheelchair from SBMS this past summer. We debated just buying it online, since it was a little bit cheaper, however, we bought at SBMS because they said they offer support if there is an issue. After using the Nitro on our first trip, a bolt came off that was important for the wheelchair. SBMS contacted the manufacturer, who said it would take a couple of months to get a replacement bolt. When SBMS called to check after the couple of months, the manufacturer said it would be another couple months to wait. The reason i'm so pleased is RJ would not accept this and he stayed on the manufacturer and was able to get them to send a completely new unit. But then he went one better. Instead of me waiting for the new unit to come in, since SBMS keeps a good amount of inventory on hand, RJ swapped out one of their new units for my broken one, and then he would wait for the replacement unit from the manufacturer. While disappointed with the broken unit, RJ and SBMS went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of in the best way possible. My hat is off to RJ -- OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks. read more

People there are just very kind and professional, especially RJ. Every time I called, RJ answered my questions and concerns patiently. He handled the purchases quickly and smooth process all the way. I'd be happy to recommend them to any family and friends. Thank you all so much. read more

Krystal could not have been more helpful and worked out solutions for our needs. Unfortunately, we ended up not needing the items at present. They were so helpful, kind and caring. I highly recommend them should you need assistance with medical equipment. Thank you so much for your help, caring and support. 5 stars are not enough. read more

Excellent customer service from the manager Meli! She gave me advice on what brace to get and showed me the best way to get it on. Large variety of items. read more

Rented a wheel chair from them. Prices very competitive. They gave me a new chair because they didn't have the one I wanted. Can't ask for more. Great selection. Location is great. Prices ok. read more

Best costumer service ever! They were about to close but waited for me to come in when I actually called ahead of time. I highly recommend this place! Thank you very much! read more

These guys are absolutely awesome and always go the extra mile. They even carry ostomy supplies which is SUPER rare to just have in stock. If they don't have something they'll even order it for you. read more

As a senior I have all the garden variety conditions my group has: hicholesterol, high blood pressure. When I started looking for compression stockings, I tried Amazon and other internet companies. To my brothers and sisters (especially those with Coronary Artery Disease), don't order from an online company. Take the time to visit a company like Spring Branch Medical Supply on Longpoint. Meli, the nice young lady who helped me didn't help me until she took measurements and asked me many questions. She knows what to do. Go see her and be assured you are buying what you need. Don't leave a serious condition to Amazon. These people are the real deal. Spend a couple extra bucks and get what you need. I am so happy I spent time with Meli. Go see her. She actually knows what we need. read more

Awesome customer service! RJ is great and orders are usually available overnight. I'm glad I stumbled upon this place for our office needs... read more

Well over a year ago, my family needed to rent a lift chair Christmas week and we were in a time crunch to get it delivered before heading down to Galveston to retrieve our patient from the hospital. RJ helped us select a model and delivery guys arrived fast and got us set up in no time! The following year, I had a bad fall and needed a knee brace. After not finding anything on the shelf that would fit my needs, RJ worked with me over e-mail, sending me multiple options to review, and we discussed the merits of the few we narrowed it down to. He ordered a couple options for me to try on and we were finally able to get the right fit. read more

Get the price over the phone before you go in to buy or you'll be overcharged like we were. The service was excellent but we bought a safety item for $220 in the store ( which was only $140 online) and when I called after I realized the price was too high they quoted a price that was $30 less. Call first. read more

The staff here is absolutely fantastic. For Ostomy patients they have everything you could need and they make sure that you are getting what you came in looking for. RJ and his team are absolutely fantastic and they generally care about your well being and making sure that you aren't getting something that isn't right for you. Prices are very reasonable and I have never had any problems here at all. If you are looking for anything in the medical supply world I would send you here without a second thought. read more

Nowadays, I try to only use local, family-owned/operated businesses. They aren't going anywhere, and if there's a problem, you can go right to the source. The doctor vaguely suggested a knee brace, so off I went to search. RJ has very helpful, showed me various braces, how they worked, what might be best for my issues. He seems very knowledgeable about this business, having grown up working in the store. He wasn't pushy and told me to take all the time in the world. He, also, pointed out several other products that might be useful, but never pushed anything. Conveniently located in Spring Branch near where the hospital used to be (before it was torn down), it has private lot parking out front. They're open 6 days a week. They can order special items for you, too. I feel you may be able to negotiate somewhat with them, but that's just my feeling. read more

We purchased a portable oxygen concentrator from RJ and he was very patient in explaining all the details to us. He is very knowledgeable and went through all the processes of using the device. He is currently ordering an additional battery for us and we look forward to continued good service from Spring Branch Medical Supply. They have a great selection of medical equipment and supplies. Really glad we found this business to meet our medical needs. read more

I was coming in to Houston for a conference and because I was experiencing a very difficult and painful bout of sciatica, I needed a couple of medical devices brought to my hotel room for use while I was there. These are devices which cannot be rented, so I needed to find a supply house that would sell me relatively inexpensive versions of what I needed and deliver them to one of the huge hotels in downtown Houston. I called every medical supply store in the Houston area and finally settled on Spring Branch because they not only had what I needed, they were very kind and helpful. over the phone. When I got to Houston, the hotel couldn't find the devices that had been delivered by courier three days earlier. I finally called Spring Branch and they immediately got on the phone with the hotel and helped them identify when and where it had been delivered. They finally tracked them down and they were brought to my room. Without the help of the Spring Branch personnel, I would have been missing those devices just when I needed them the most. All in all, Spring Branch is a professional company, with great employees who actually care about the customers they serve. read more

SPMS has been working with me for years. They have been professional, compassionate, caring and available. They research to find the best fit for my needs or for someone I have referred. They are more than a medical supply business - they cultivate relationships with their clients. They know me by name....but not just me. I have heard them say others names when I have been in the store. They helped me with my sister's needs when she was alive in ways that other medical supply businesses would never consider. I think the reason is because they really take pride in their work and want the best for each person who crosses their threshold, I've sent family, friends and health care professionals to them because I know they are in business for the long run. read more

I went to Spring Branch medical supply in order to find a knee scooter since I had just had surgery on my foot. Upon walking in we were met by a woman who wanted to know what she could do for us. I asked if she had knee scooter and she pointed to the 2 she had and said $499 and $599. The tone of her voice and lack of willingness to actually show us the models came across as rude and like we couldn't afford them. I had done hours of research online and found that Amazon had the same models cheaper, to which I made that comment and she told me to get it on amazon then. She was very rude and told the guy who was working with her that I wanted to get it from Amazon (in which she said with a mimicking voice). I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again due to her horrible customer service!!!! read more

I was extremely disappointed with this place. Needed some supplies for a family member who was ill. Not only were they rude, only one person even knew how to help me and then didn't even tell me there were different sizes when she ordered something. Got the product home and it didn't fit and they don't do refunds on most products. It's better to just use amazon we found it read more

I went to the Spring Branch Medical Supply store to get scrubs for work. Their supply of scrubs was plentiful. Ms. Meli Saucedo, one of the sales clerks, was extremely helpful and knew exactly where all the men's scrubs were located. She was so helpful that I also bought some other items for work. If you do not live near the medical center, this store is the best for all types of medical supplies. And, there is free parking because it is in a strip mall. I will definitely go back!!!! read more

I have been a customer of Spring Branch for more years than I can remember. Like the mom and pop of medical supplies! The staff, Anna, RJ and Millie have always treated us with kindness and like family. They helped get extra thermometers to go to Africa with a Missionary friend , of which he was very thankful. St. Jeromes School purchases many of their supplies from Spring Branch and if they don't have what we need in stock, they order it and we receive it very quickly. Thanks, Spring Branch for all you do! read more

My many experiences with RJ at Spring Branch Medical Supply have been amazing. He goes above and beyond to be sure we have the best products for my father, who has late-stage COPD, and other health issues. He really cares about his customers and will do whatever it takes to help them. We have gotten a wheelchair and a walker from him, along with smaller supplies. Because my father is 6'2", RJ ordered tall versions of these to be sure he was comfortable. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Excellent customer care! I won't go anywhere else! read more

Spring Branch Medical Supply and RJ exemplified the best customer service I have ever seen recently when I was buying a rollator for a family member in TX. I live in a different state, so I wasn't able to go into the store, but RJ helped me several times on the phone, taking the time to explain all our options in a patient and understanding way. When my relative met RJ in the store, he was treated with respect, and felt comforted - not at all "sold" like many competitors. Their service is so great- it leaves the other medical device stores in the dust. Thanks RJ for all your help and for helping us with the important decision of a rollator purchase. read more

I needed an OA knee brace. I ordered a couple online that did not fit properly. RJ and his team (wish I asked the name of the woman who sized the brace for me) were fabulous! Their knowledge and honesty made me feel I was in a business where they truly care about their clients. They guided me to products that worked in my budget and away from products that they felt were overpriced for the purpose. Large selection too. read more

Spring Branch Medical Staff is amazing. Professional & polite. Store has a variety of medical supplies.

Spring Branch Medical Supply is the best medical supply in Houston. RJ, as well as, the remaining staff has helped me over the last 3+ years with my mobility issues from chair lifts to rollators.
