On many occasions I've had to leave items behind because the wait was simply too long. Today I decided to stay in line and timed it, 38 minutes just to check out. I spent more time waiting in line than I did shopping, which is absolutely unacceptable. There were 16 cashier stations available, yet only 4 were open. That level of understaffing makes the checkout process incredibly frustrating for customers. I've never been so annoyed paying for my purchases. I won't be waiting in a line that long again. Management needs to do better.
