I had the worst customer service experience at [Clinic Name] and feel compelled to warn others, especially given how much money you invest in treatments at a place like this.
From the beginning, I was pressured into signing up for a package of treatments, being assured that it would never expire. However, when I later tried to use the remaining treatments, I was abruptly told that my package had expired and that I "should have read the terms and conditions." This was incredibly frustrating, considering I was misinformed by their own staff.
Another issue was their cancellation policy. They constantly pushed me to book appointments far in advance, but when I needed to cancel one, they refused--claiming I was a couple of hours too late, with no effort to be accommodating or understanding.
Their communication was shockingly unprofessional, from poorly formatted emails to a complete lack of customer care. They brand themselves as a "luxury clinic," but the only luxury they focus on is maximizing their profits. I never felt welcome--except for the day I purchased a bundle of treatments and overpriced skincare products, which, in reality, can be found elsewhere for a better price and quality.
