I booked in for Shellac hands and toes and removal of same also. The girl who took care of me was really lovely. However, the shellac application itself was of such a poor standard. I opted for the cakepop colour, a colour I have gotten on many times before. I was firstly disappointed as there was no nail work provided, only filing of the nails.  Secondly, two very thin coats were applied. It had the effect of leaving the nails looking a bit see through in parts and black in colour given the lightness and unevenness of the colour applied. Furthermore, the paint nearest the cuticles was applied unevenly and it looked all edgy land while I did notice this on the day, I didn't want to ask the girl to redo them.  After 4 days I decided to send an email with pictures saying how disappointed I was. After 1 week exactly, the nails looked all chipped with black cracks through them. After writing my email, I did receive a voicemail to say I could come in to have the shellac removed free of charge. I was most disappointed with this response as I had to go elsewhere and have it removed and paid for again within one week. I was most disappointed that seventh heaven didn't offer to re do them for me. Hi. I was in Newtown the other day waiting for a hair appointment near by. I spotted Seventh Heaven and went in to book a nail polish treatment without an appointment. They happily accommodated me with an appointment within 20 mins which was great. When I returned I was greeted by lovely, friendly staff. The beautician who did my nails was the lovely Rebecca and she did a super job. She was very friendly and made me feel right at home. A week later, my nails are still looking great and I'll easily get another few days out of them. The whole experience was professional and personable. I will definitely be coming back. read more

I agree with the last review. I booked a body scrub and massage. I was put into an overheated room - dirty, and had to lay on tissue paper for a scrub !! of course the scrub stuck to the tissue and I was stuck to the tissue- the therapist only did half my legs/ arms, didn't put a cover on my hair / when I turned over I was looking as used disposable underwear on a bin under the bed. The whole thing was a disaster - I told them I wasn't staying for the massage and they charged me €45 for a 20 minute scrub !! AND the manager rang and was rude to me !! saying I upset the therapist - I explained that she hadn't a clue what she was doing and the surely and apology would have been better ! I left with a half done scrub, product all over my hair and had to shower to get rid of the feeling of dirt from the room. read more
