I have asked to keep my V shape but it looks like a straight cut with no shape to it at all . the young girl didn't show me the back of my hair with the mirror after she finished otherwise I wouldn't said my opinion ! plus €57? for two inches off and didn't even wash my hair properly felt like the whole process was rushed ! defo not coming back again :(
