Tiffany is a kind human, excellent practitioner, and can probably turn golf balls into powder with her fingers.

I had a total knee replacement 9 months back and Tiffany was very instrumental to my recovery and continues to be.

For Christmas, I gifted my 40 year old daughter a mother/daughter spa day. We are locals, but we…read morewanted to feel like we escaped for a day of pampering among beautiful grounds. We came a couple hours early for out 12:00 noon appointment, We were met by Marissa Edwards, an angel in our eyes. She made us feel like we were the only guest she's ever had. She, and her staff accommodated our every need and even some we didn't even know we needed! We had a "couples" massage by 2 fantastic masseuses, I thought I had signed up for 80 minute massages, but it turned out to be 50 minutes, when I selected a couples massage, they only do the 50 minutes, I missed that! We were still very satisfied. After the massages, we headed to the pool for lunch. Marissa had made sure we had extra care and the pool staff was amazing, food was good. The real reason I wanted to write a strong review is because Marissa Edwards went over-the-top in customer services with us. There are many other experiences we had, mostly with Marissa's doing. My daughter and I are keen on customer service, she exceeded every expectation, which is a rarity these days. Thank you Marissa for making a beautiful day so magical for my "girl" and me.

Decided to try this place out for my husband's birthday. It was a little tricky finding this place,…read morebut the hotel concierge was very helpful and provided us a map, so thankfully we weren't too late for our appointment. Please note that valet/self parking is complimentary! Hold onto your stub and provide at checkout and they will comp you. Aside from our massages, we only took advantage of the locker rooms and their amenities, so my review will be based on that. We each opted for a 80-min Free Flowing Massage and requested female masseuses. My masseuse, Sherry, was great! She focuses on neck, shoulder, and back which are always my target areas, but also does full body with scalp massage; exactly everything I look for in my massages. Her pressure was great and I felt her really working out all my knots. The room was clean, the music was calming, and the table was comfortable. As an FYI, they use CBD products which was perfect for me, but something to consider if it's not for you, however I'm sure they can substitute if CBD isn't for you. My husband stated he also enjoyed his massage. The locker rooms compromised of a restroom/changing rooms, lockers, eucalyptus steam room, showers, and a saltwater whirlpool. After my massage, I sat in the eucalyptus steam room for a bit before dipping my feet in the saltwater whirlpool; both were nice and relaxing. I rinsed off in the shower which were equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The lockers have a small area to get dressed with a vanity that had some toiletries, if needed. Everything was clean and it was fairly empty, which made the experience more luxurious. Overall, both my husband and I enjoyed this place and wouldn't mind coming back.

This is a review of Dr Koretoff and the physical therapy practice…read more I visited Koretoff mid 2024 for ongoing shoulder pain. He spent the entire appointment acting like he was late for other things and had too much going on, really didn't seem interested in hearing what I had to say and was so scattered I thought wow maybe he is just having a bad day and is distracted by something. When I went back for a second follow up visit he was even more distracted and uninterested in talking to me. He repeated the same things over and over as though he forgot he had already told me certain things that same day, kept saying he was really busy and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Based on the first appointment he had referred me to their physical therapy program. This is the key for the practice. It wouldn't exist but for the overpriced PT that is the magic answer for all their patients. Now for the billing. Each THIRTY MINUTE physical therapy appointment is billed at $550 to your insurance. They charge $220 for 15 minutes with a STUDENT physical therapist. $230 for 15 with a licensed PT. I do have a high deductible insurance plan which I am well aware of. This means I owe a larger percentage of whatever the cost is up to my deductible. I have seen other offices and been to PT many times throughout my life and generally expect the total for a PT session to be anywhere from $120-$250 and my portion of the co-insurance to be calculated based on this. In the case of this office, they waited FOUR months until I had completed the recommended course of PT to send me any kind of bill. Strategic, so that I would not know the amount until I had completed my therapy. They have obviously implemented this strategy for a reason. Yes it is my fault for not asking for a bill upfront but never in my life have I seen a supposedly reputable PT practice charge these prices. They received from my insurance over $350 for each one of these $550 thirty minute sessions and STILL want to charge me personally $80 per session. Talk about a RACKET. Wow. When I first received the bill I called immediately with my concerns and very calmly explained the situation and rationale. I was told the office was going to discuss the matter and see what they could do for me. Over the course of the next two months I was not contacted again by SDSM and instead had to reach out to them two MORE times. Each time I was told a different story. At one point the billing office agreed the amount was very high and I was told the actual therapist could agree to a discount and that they were going to discuss this. Again, no follow up just repeated bills in the mail. When I called again to ask the outcome I was told that they can't offer any kind of discount if any portion has been paid by insurance. WTF. I again explained my outrage at the pricing and that I never would have continued and certainly never will go back had I known what they intended to charge. Again, "we will call you back". Each time I made it perfectly clear they were NOT to send this to collections which they agreed. Months went by and I received a bill now almost a year later saying that my account is delinquent and to avoid collections to contact them which I did immediately. After putting me on hold for ten minutes to read the copious notes they have in my file I was told there is nothing they can do except offer a payment plan. Upon supposedly transferring me to the payment plan office she promptly disconnected the line without actually transferring me. I had to call back AGAIN and leave a message. Everyone should be aware that this is their practice. If you are okay with insanely high bills and a practice that takes advantage of insurance (which is why we ALL pay insane premiums) then go ahead and support their business. $550 for a 30 minute PT session. No thanks. And their doctors aren't even good. Needless to say, my shoulder still hurts and now I have a headache and hours of my life lost talking to them about a ridiculous bill. Really wish people wouldn't support a business that takes advantage of insurance and over bills.
