The practice overall is quite pleasant. The building is impressive and well kept. The coffee shop…read moredownstairs is nice when you show up for your appointment on time and they ask you to leave and come back in an hour because the dr hasn't arrived yet. I probably should have just had coffee and gone home because the dr visit was a joke. Dr Wyrick may have missed his calling in life. He seems more interested in faith than science but if I'm looking for faith, I'll see a preacher. The nurse was unable to put my prescriptions in the system because they're custom compounds. So she just skipped it. They didn't want my family cardiac history and they couldn't be bothered to review the test results my primary hurried to get before this appointment. The doctor was condescending when he told me he didn't want to bore me with science stuff I wouldn't understand. Then when he stopped rubbing my leg and shoulder, he eventually listened to my heart before shifting back to his faith again and seemingly forgot I was there for science. I got no science. But I did get a hand written note telling god to bless me for $140 and I'm not sure why I need to repeat the same tests I've already done, since no one looked at results. Probably a science reason I wouldn't understand, right doc? God bless you. I'll be seeing a different cardiologist.

Dr. Kathy Moudy…read more She is our son's doctor - she was also my husband's pediatrician for his whole childhood - and his siblings. The concept of family is so important - I haven't gotten to have that in my life - (I bounced around doctors like crazy) so I really appreciate the trust that comes with time and age and experience. Our son has Erb's Palsy - an injury that affects the Brachial Plexus part of his shoulder and it was because he was stretched at birth and it affected him single handedly from the day he was born. She recommended occupational and physical therapists and is still forward facing even after his 5 years of life. Now he is starting Kindergarten and his shoulder is very useful and is affecting him only mildly when we were scared he was going to have very limited use. We are so grateful for her connections and resources. She let's us ask the questions that make us feel dumb as first time parents and trust me, none of us REALLY know what we are doing. Then there are the wellness visits, and any of us Yelper's with kids know anything - toddlers are crazy unpredictable sometimes and when you go to the doctor's once per year your child is completely different year to year. This year - about a week ago we had our wellness visit and he needed to finish up his school immunizations, discuss everything we had questions about and she did it with grace - all while giving his little Winnie the Pooh Bear the exact same exam to make him feel better. It was glorious - calm and peaceful office, great insurance cooperations and so forth. We are blessed.
