Because they are open until 8 p.m., it gives the option of NOT having to visit a hospital ER, especially if it is just minor care you need. I did notice there is a lab on the premises, also open until 8! The waiting room is extremely CLEAN, and very comfortable. Would definitely return, and definitely recommend! I was then charged a bill of $300 for nothing. I had to go to a local emergency room and get charged twice-- but hey, at least the emergency provided care. I always try to save a trip to the emergency for real, life threatening situations in order to keep wait times down for those who actually need it, but unfortunately I don't think that that is something people who can't afford to be double billed should do.

Standing in line just to check in took about 50 mins and then waiting for a nurse to call in just to read a simple TB skin test took 1.5 hrs. Also, MA is not trained well enough to do a tb testing. Not wiping an injection site with an alcohol swab before is a RED FLAG. I honestly don't think they placed the TB shot right because mine was spitting out and there was no intradermal wheal right after. They also messed up my name.. so make sure to check the label before to make sure you are put into the system right. I do not recommend this place if you are really sick and needs to be seen someone quickly.

A staff member was waiting to take me back to a room before I could finish putting my debit card back into my wallet after paying my copay. I was in and out within 10 minutes and was able to fill my prescription next door at Rite Aid within 20 minutes after finishing my appointment. I've been to several urgent cares in the area for myself or my children and this was by far the best. My daughter came in with a painful lesion in her back, the technician who checked her in, would not…read morelet her take her bra off, even though it was painful to wear it. When the doctor or PA lanced the infected lesion with a needle, instead of putting the needle in a safe place he held it in his hand while squeezing the pus out of the lesion. My daughter was sobbing, so I reached around her back to comfort her and poked myself with the dirty needle. I told the doctor/PA that I had poked myself with the needle, and that it was bleeding, no apology, no response, he did not even offer me a Band-Aid! I sure hope my daughter did not have MRSA! He put her on an antibiotic.

That visit was in the old offices and my only criticism was the facility was a bit dated. This is no longer the case. The new offices are great.
