A few key reasons why Damian and his team stand out: Communication: Damian is incredibly responsive via email, phone, and text. He always kept me in the loop, so I knew who would be at my house when and what they would be doing. Honesty & Integrity: When I asked for guidance, Damian gave honest, reasonable advice based on what was genuinely best for my home. There was zero upselling. In fact, he and his workers regularly went above and beyond, addressing small changes quickly without any nickel-and-diming. Ultimate Professionalism: Having major construction right at your front door can be highly disruptive, but the team made it incredibly easy and stress-free. The job site was always clean and organized. Everyone on site was friendly, polite, and deeply respectful of me, my home, and my neighbors. I never ever felt like I needed to be on alert or micromanage the project to ensure things went right. Expert Problem Solving: Because I have an older home, we predictably hit a few dry rot surprises. Damian immediately flagged what they discovered, how they would proceed, and how it would impact the timeline. He also navigated the city codes and inspection process flawlessly with zero issues. If you want beautiful craftsmanship paired with a stress-free, transparent process, do yourself a favor and hire Damian.

I've worked with other contractors who have made changes and told us after the fact, but Damian was transparent about every change order and decision along the way, BEFORE taking action. We are so happy with the final product and would recommend Damian to anyone!

On one occasion there was a small issue that came up due to a miscommunication and Tommy took care of it in a most professional manner. I highly recommend TNC Construction. I can say that Matt Bailey and his team were very professional, reliable, clean, and finished the…read morework that they promised both on time and with quality work. Matt is not the least expensive contractor out there but he is really good. You get what you pay for. I mention that because often times, people want good work but don't take into account that the cost also reflects the fact that people like Matt are licensed, bonded, handle all the logistics, and back up their work. There is a peace of mind that comes with that. That is why I am taking the time to write this review because I feel fortunate to have been referred to Matt from my neighbor. Matt came through and completed the work exactly as we wanted. Matt oversees everything, he is on-site as needed, he personally manages and inspects and oversees all work, he listens to you, he keeps you informed, and he keeps his word. He gave us options each step of the way along with his recommendations. For example, do you want this paint or that one etc. I also trusted him with my neighbor's keys b/c he needed to enter there in order to set up scaffolding. I had no concerns about Matt's team having access. As my neighbor reported, they were quiet, clean and professional which gave me peace of mind since I like good neighbors. After personally meeting with Matt onsite, we felt that we would not only get good work but that we would not be over billed. Our job was somewhat extensive in that he repaired lots of dry rot, leaking and resealing areas in a two-story Victorian which required scaffolding for the work. Once again, I think there is peace of mind that comes from working with a good, honest and hardworking contractor which Matt is. We are so happy to have been referred to Matt. I highly recommend Matt Bailey Construction. I think Matt and his employees are trustworthy, talented and reliable. He also happens to be a pleasant and personable person which makes it easier to communicate with regarding questions, concerns and the scope of the work. I genuinely felt that Matt worked hard to accommodate our budget while also explaining to us what would be important to replace/repair in order to ensure no future leaking or damage to the building. Again it comes down to trust. I just feel so appreciative of his good work. Thank you Matt for taking such good care of our home and making sure that it is protected for years to come.

Following a set of city-approved engineering plans drawn up by an independent engineering firm, BGC did an excellent, high-quality, and cost efficient job throughout the four month project. Matt Bailey, CEO, was always available to field questions on the work ahead and to provide weekly, on-site updates and reviews of the project. Budget monitoring was provided throughout the project and change-order, pre-approval procedures were always followed. When presented with the quirky problems one inevitably finds in older buildings, Matt was able to find effective, imaginative solutions. The BGC crew did an excellent job, arriving early every morning, ready to work, always respectful of residents' needs and ready to accommodate any special requests if possible. The foremen, Juan and Amando, were very knowledgeable and able and willing to offer on-demand updates and explanations of the on-going work. On the communications front, Mariela in the front office was always available to handle any and all administrative matters from answering billing questions, scheduling meetings, and third party matters. Finally, should the need for similar work arise in the future, we would not hesitate to hire BGC again.

His team was fantastic, he communicated constantly via text and email, he fixed every issue we had, and he worked hard to walk us through the process so we understood what was happening, what any delays were, and what we could expect. Our house was a flip when we bought it five years ago so when mushrooms sprouted out of the shower floor we were not all the surprised. After some inspections we discovered that we needed to rip out the bottom third of the shower and deal with any issues. We DID NOT need to replace any of the walls, the majority of the shower, the sink, the toilet, etc... everyone else we called would ONLY give us an estimate to redo our entire (and basically brand new) bathroom. Little Feet to the rescue! They gave us an estimate for the work that needed to be done, expalined where any extra costs might come in when they pulled apart the shower (there ended up being to extra cost) and they got the work done. We couldn't be happier and I think we've finally found our GO TO contractor in Pacifica for anything else we need to fix.

I interviewed many contractors and Dustin was by far the most down to earth, transparent, and respectful of the lot. As a woman (with knowledge of design and construction), it was important that I find someone who would treat me respectfully, as many contractors sadly do not. Dustin was also a big fan of my design, which always helps! The project had delays as with any major renovation project, but Dustin kept me updated on literally everything. He was honest whenever we encountered hiccups and diligent about overcoming them. He was also very receptive to my feedback and changes. His team is super friendly and trustworthy. I felt totally at ease about leaving them in my house during the day while I was at work. Dustin even stepped in to supervise other vendors when I wasn't able to be there. I also appreciate Dustin's attention to detail. At one point after the cabinets went in, I noticed that one of the recessed lights was off-center by a couple of inches. A day went by and I forgot to mention it to Dustin. He texted me that same day and said he noticed the light and was going to fix it. Now THAT is the person you want doing your renovation. When the renovation was done, Dustin recruited his daughter (who is his office administrator) to help throw a kitchen-warming party for us and our friends. She did a fantastic job and it was a great way to celebrate the competed project as well as meet his lovely family. I cannot recommend Little Feet Renovation enough. They are not the cheapest, but everyone I know who went with the lowest bid has regretted and paid for it. They are worth every penny in peace of mind and a beautiful end result. Peter was recommended to me by my highly regarded architect. I knew that if my architect was going to refer a contractor to represent his work, it was going to be an excellent one. (Fun fact: When another architect learned that Peter was one of the go-to contractors my architect used, he immediately asked for Peter's card and said "If you're good enough for John, you're good enough for me!") When I compare my remodel story with my friends and family, I realize they all had issues that I couldn't relate over. They always either had an issue with craftsmanship, dealing with the city (I.e. inspections), or transparency in pricing. These are conversations I've never had to have with Peter. I had the privilege of constantly adding requirements and scope with the confidence that it would just get done on time with incredible quality. Now that we're moved in, I can say that the home is even better than what we ever imagined. A huge thank you to Peter and his team for making this home a dream come true!

Peter Hawke and his crew/subcontractors were amazing to work with from the beginning to the end! From the demo stage, to updating electricals/plumbing, installing a brand new kitchen & bathroom, to exterior siding and door/window replacement work, Peter made the stressful and lengthy construction process manageable. The 7 month project was completed on time (even during the pandemic!) and within budget. Peter is well organized and very knowledgable with all aspects of construction, the building codes, and the inspection process, and I had confidence that everything was done with upmost attention to detail integrity. He was extremely communicative, worked well with my architect, provided reasonable and creative solutions when construction issues came up, and managed the multiple aspects smoothly. His crew showed up on time per schedule, and was always respectful and trustworthy(many have been working with him for years). And the quality of their work is stellar and high end. I was never disappointed hiring Peter as my general contractor for this major project. Peter is a professional through and through, and I would highly recommend Hawke's Construction for any major remodeling project!
