Once I disclosed that another company had already cleaned the room, I was told they do not like taking jobs previously cleaned by other companies and that I should ask the original cleaners to come back instead. The response honestly felt dismissive, and almost as if they no longer wanted the job because I had not chosen their company first. What confused me most is that the room still clearly needed cleaning regardless. It also left me wondering whether they would have accepted the job normally if I had simply never mentioned that another cleaner had already been there. I understand businesses can choose what work they take on, but the interaction felt unprofessional and disappointing after already discussing pricing and the scope of the cleaning.

Having daughter's company wins! After reaching out to several services, Ana's was the one who got back to me. I had texted what I needed and when, and Debora replied to me their availability and what to expect. Basically, the cleaning crew would come and assess the job and provide an estimate. If the rate was acceptable they would begin cleaning immediately. Maria and Rosa worked for four hours, a total of 8 man hours. I am so grateful at how much they got done, it would have taken me more than two days to do what they did. Maria was the lead of this team. She speaks some Spanish but her first language is Brazilian Portuguese. We were able to communicate pretty well using Google Translate. I am working toward decluttering the rest of the house (a daunting task as dad is a bit of a hoarder) and will be reaching out to Ana's Cleaning Service again in the future. And maybe I can learn a little bit of their language, too!

His team repaired the damaged shingles, replaced the ridge caps, and fixed the fascia and soffit, all with excellent workmanship and 5 years warrenty. Paco and crew did a fantastic job. We hired him to clear out all the weeds in our (extremely overgrown) backyard. They showed up on time, promptly got to work, and they were thankfully flexible with some of the work to be done. The yard is now nice and clean, our trees have been trimmed very nicely. Their price is reasonable for the more robust material they used together with their professional and efficient workmanship exercised. My project involves stamped concrete and artificial grass installation in the front and back yard for a combined area of around 1,900 sq ft. Other contractors tricked us to use their services while cutting corners to lower their cost by reducing thickness of concrete and base gravel for turf, and by deploying a weaker 1/4" rebar structure spaced every 24" for driveway and walkway without warranty. Without further bargaining with Juan, he already provided the best material and installation means for the sake of easy long term maintenance with warranty. For instance, Juan installed 5" thick concrete over 2" compacted rock base with 1/2" rebar spaced every 12 inches for my new driveway! Unlike other contractors who might show up only every few days with a couple of guys, Juan and his team were here EVERY day no later than 8:00am until the project completed. Their work and their attention to detail was just excellent! I highly recommended Green Landscape Construction as a truly reliable contractor.

If you Google it, you should water your cement a few times during the day so the cement dries slower and sets stronger. Juan was a great guy and so were his people. He can do other things too, just ask him if you have other projects you need done. Mom and the neighbors loved the work also.
