My son, Cedric, just graduated with a Bsc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bocconi University in Milan. I can not thank Themba Tutors enough for their help. Cedric, a bright student, started struggling in his last year of IB. At 17yo, he was diagnosed with ADHD and although Cedric graduated with an outstanding result of 42/45, it was at Bocconi University that he seriously started struggling. In short, Cedric never learned how to study and lacked executive skills. Unfortunately, college in Europe does not provide much learning support. Bocconi in particular, prides itself on their gruelling academic requirements. Craig immediately understood Cedric would benefit from a mentor. He appointed Stefan, who holds a Master of Science from Columbia University. Stefan has gone above and beyond, to tutor highly complex mathematical and scientific content, but above all, to teach Cedric study skills. Stefan met Cedric at his lowest point where we were getting concerned about Cedric's mental health. Stefan has mentored Cedric for more than 2 years, and has gradually pulled him through. Throughout, Craig would regularly check-in. Not only have they helped Cedric, Themba Tutors has taught us as parents, to better understand and support Cedric. We could not be more proud of Cedric for not giving up and we are eternally grateful to Stefan and Craig for their support! read more

Melissa Carlin has been our daughter's executive coach for the past few months. She is simply amazing: diligent, creative, caring, observant, communicative. My daughter, a freshman in a public high school, was struggling in math. I got in touch with Blythe at Themba, and she managed to have a wonderful math tutor come to my home the following day. She stayed much more than the required time to make sure that my daughter understood all the concepts. She also followed up with us and asked if we had any other questions that she could help with. I spoke with Blythe and she asked detailed questions about my sons strengths and weaknesses. She put me in touch with Don, who worked beautifully with my son.
