Out of thousands of boots, they only had six or seven actual cowboy boots. All the boots were…read moresquare toe with a low heel. Actual cowboy boots have been around since 1870, have a taller heel and pointed toe. Designed for use in stirrups, I've been wearing this type of boots for almost fifty years, so to go to (boot barn) and only find what I consider (undesirable) fashion boots was a disappointment. I went to Tracy to find standard cowboy boots-/

The clothes and merchandise here is cute, but hella expensive. I decided to return a hat I bought…read morehere because my boyfriend said it looked too big on me. As I was making my return, I felt judged because I was returning. There were three ladies at the front. The lady helping me was nice enough. The second lady at the front said "why is everyone just returning today" in front of me. I thought this was inappropriate because I felt called out in a way. Also, the third lady was rude to me when I asked to try my Apple Pay card because that's how I originally paid. And before the lady who was helping me could answer, the third lady immediately goes "you have to insert your card that you used it won't take Apple Pay" with the rudest tone. And the lady helping me goes "it went through". And the third lady goes "oh well sometimes it's finicky". Like okay instead, you couldn't have apologized about your rude attitude? Like, I already felt immediately judged making a return and then on top of that, being talked to in a belittling way, is crazy. I read another review stating they pressure you to buy things and it makes sense with the judgement behind a return.
