Attendants would come into my home and pull out their cell phones and play games instead of having any eye to eye contact or any communitcation with me as their client.

I'm a pharmacist I know).They don't bathe her like they should or make her brush her teeth and keep giving her sugar and crap instead of nutritious meals.Wonder why she eats like a horse when I go to visit her.Quit sitting on your asses and do your job or find another.What the hell is this company hiring? Training..... appears non-existent.This is Synergy Wisconsin to be clear Waushara county.Its bad when you know the other caretakers are commenting on the shitty ones your parent is paired with.Get it together or get a lawsuit.Certain caretakers should be paid less,Than the superior ones.Do your job ! I was given one month of in-house service, once a week. First visit, assessment. Second visit, half…read morehour of hands on massage with my neck, felt wonderful afterwards. Now here's why I rated only one star... Third visit, normally scheduled on Thursday at 3 pm, Tim called to rescheduled for Wednesday at 2 pm. Tim was late, 20 minutes, did not call me to let me know, only to find a text message from him after our visit. First thing Tim did was start taking pictures, which was okay I guess but I'm in need of manipulation for my neck, not hearing clicking from him taking pictures. I'm thinking, wait a minute. This is my third visit now with only a half hour for service. What was supposed to be physical therapy. Was only upset on my part, my patience was done. Tim said that I have a half hour left. I sent Tim away. There was no way that I could relax with my state of mind at that moment. I cancelled my fourth and last visit, that visit would have been for discharge, more paperwork with no more physical therapy. Conclusion: one month of in-house physical therapy once a week, only to have one hour of hands on massage. Enhabit Home Health needs to do their paperwork on their time not mine. Period!!
