After researching options for programming, I needed to get hooked-up & that's where these guys came in. We had three TVs to convert & knew nothing about it. I imagine we could have struggled through it, got frustrated & eventually get there, but decided to bring in some expertise. It was worth the investment as they programmed the Roku boxes I bought & effortlessly logged us into the programming services I subscribed to. In about an hour all three TVs had everything loaded. I lost one channel I would have preferred to keep, but gained two that weren't available through Armstrong. I calculated saving $75/month on programming, so their reasonable service fee plus the cost for three Roku units will be recouped in three months.

Dan was initially very helpful providing me with specific information and suggestions of what brand and size TV to buy, which was great and I really appreciated the expert advice. A day later, I reached back out to Dan to let him know that I purchased the TV and he said he would send me an email with an estimate the next day. I unfortunately never received an email with an estimate or heard back from Dan again. I have reached out to Dan three times since asking him the status of the estimate. I'm not sure if Dan decided that he is no longer interested in the job I requested, but it was frustrating that not only did I never get an email with the estimate I was told I'd receive, but that he also never provided any communication or explanation since. I unfortunately have to rate one star based on customer experience and complete lack of communication.

They did not have a good knowledge of DirectTV, so they left with the tv only working with the Samsung apps. We had to pay DirectTV to reinstall their box for the tv. But probably the most annoying thing was they left a piece of blue painter tape on the wall above the tv visible from below. so we had to climb a ladder after all to compl the job.

They listen, recommend, install & train. We did nothing except tell them what we wanted & they did it all. We did a large 75 in wall mounted Samsung Smart TV. DO NOT go to a box store buy a TV & try to do this yourself. There are internet connections, Netflix, Apple TV programming, passwords & remotes. Mike was our Tech guy & was excellent and did it all.
